So, frankly I have trouble giving a semblance of credit to what you said. Thank you.

Meh it loses clearly from S845, it loses even from S835 in GPU performance for some 30%. I know both of those aren't mid range SoC's but this day's phone's with them can be found for 200~250€ S845, under 200€ S835 new of course. I still want to see power efficiency measurements for G90T before judging it. It doesn't seem as a bad SoC but mid range still has big boundaries out of the reach of the high end at least when it comes to GPU power.

It seems they tested G90t in testing board with water chiller so it could win against 730G, meanwhile, xiaomi takes aggresive stance to keep rn8p cool by implementing aggresive thermal throttling.
Later, some indian will release thermal throtling remover module and rn8p might able to reach 730G performance, if you comfortable with >50 celcius gadget....

regarding the price range and market i am blown away by daylight camera samples , excellent quality, but ofc can't expect much from low light , ultra wide and zoom in this price range , the best camera at this price range so far. that's the first time i see xiaomi going beyond expectations in camera section.

Here are some strengths that the Redmi note 8 pro:
1) It has a robust battery of 4500mah, giving it a 114 hours endurance rating, which is just stellar and prodigious (knowing that it is a performance worthy of batteries 5.000 mah) ...
2) It has a UFS 2.1 type storage that gives it a PCMARK score of 13115 (which is just phenomenal when you know it's a close UFS 3.0 type of storage.) ...
3) The processor of this smartphone (Hélio G90T) has a stress test identical to that of the SD 845; it gives you an idea of its ability to handle heating under heavy workloads and yes sir! Thanks to Xiaomi for this liquid-cooled room that equips this Redmi note 8 Pro ...
4) It has a GPU of 800Mhz (higher than the frequency of the SD 855); A triple ISP processor for the image processing for the camera ; It has a best score ever achieved so far on PCMARK Work 2.0, surpassing the powerful SD 855 and the Kirin 990 with a score of 10013 (if you doubt what I say go check yourself) ...
5) For those that it can delight and who particularly like Amoled screens, well, its LCD screen supports the HDR ...
6) With an AnTuTu V7 score of 225,000 points it is far better than the iPhone X (186,000 points) and is on par with the Huawei P20 Pro (besides the Helio g90t is better than the Kirin 970 which equips this P20 pro) ...
7) it is equipped with a GPS chip that has a precision of 2m (just famous !) ...
8) It is equipped with a NFC chip (NXP-, SN100T), so it supports the NFC for the pleasure of those who use it a lot ...
9) Since Xiaomi has already downloaded the Kernel source codes released by Par Mediatek for this phone, and well, certainly the custom ports for the gcam will be available soon without o ublier the possible update for Android 10 which can now be possible with the release of the sources of the kernel ...
