Its just the battery - the only disappointment. Would it be at least a 3200mah - take my money. But android and this battery is a risky combination

Expensive and processor sucks, except for the looks , this phone doesn't excels in any aspect

A flip up foldable phone with no crease and 21:9 aspect ratio just like Sony Xperia 1/5? I'm sold!

Barely see the crease, this is the feature/design worth copying
Samsung should copy this, they must

Note10PlusIsBoss, 19 Nov 2019This isn't 2000 any more and this is going nowhere definite... moreWhile I do agree that it is overpriced, mind you that the original razr v3 is also way overpriced but eventually sold 140 million RAZRs and it was a time that not everybody has a mobile phone. It is the best-selling flip phone of all time.

I'm gonna wait after at least 6 months when Motorola decide to cut down the price which I think would happen.

When motorola's first model came out it penetrated the market & it was a huge success it was a clever & decent design everybody got crazy with it & wanted to own one but as the point of action of technology advanced in now time we find the difference in operation of the two models & of course with a lot of extras now in this case in its final form it remain to been seen whether it will achieved success if it can do it again from its full practical point of used & with is make up price

              useless.
only trick it has is that its more portable.

but to get that portability it sacrifice on so many other much important front.

looks like a fantastic phone, not the greatest hardware but still a landmark piece of tech

seems Motorola understood the exact concept of "Foldable Device"... with some major lakes (e sim only)???

Everybody wants to be perfect but cannot be 100% perfect at all...

They made it way overpriced, I think $900 is a good price for it since it has the foldable components.

Moto is so confident this is the next big form factor. That's the reason they have left so much of stuffs to improve like the chipset, bezels, notch etc so that they can come up with more versions in the future.
I hope this is as disruptive as the iPhone

I definitely want it. I'm sure it has enough power or technological specs for me. I have a Samsung edge 8 (or something like that) which has more crap than I'll ever need, the camera pictures are blurry and worthless, and I had iPhones before - after my old RAZR finally died years ago - so I'm sure what seems like it's not enough for some people (in this new RAZR) will be more than enough for me.

I will be first in line for one main reason....I hate and have always hated the openness of the phones of the last 10+ years (or whenever the first iPhone came out). You can barely touch it, pick it up, or breathe near it without opening some "page" or calling someone mistakenly, or having that moronic Bixby personal assistant talking. Ugh!!! I understand with the invention of a touch screen and "smartphone" technology that originally no one knew how to make it fold in order to have a phone that would close, but I've been praying someone, somewhere would figure it out. And praise the Lord THEY HAVE!

I realize there may be unforeseen glitches and issues but I'm not that hard on my phones so I'm willing to take the chance. The only downside is I am currently with AT&T and have heard I will have to switch to Verizon (unless the software will work on the AT&T network and I can just buy it outright) - which I will do if I can. Plus it's great timing. My Samsung was paid off last month so I'm off contract!

It will be the best belated Christmas gift I've given myself in a long time, and I cannot wait!!!

karoko, 19 Nov 2019Nah.. it looks gorgeous compared to Fold and Mate X. Razr ... moreThis isn't 2000 any more and this is going nowhere definitely overpriced pathetic specs.

Razr is still the best-selling flip phone of all time. It was a status quo much like iPhone in their early days but not any longer.

It has to look that way because it's a razr. Not some generic looking tablet folded in half.
A millennial like you won't understand because all you care is specs.

I'm ok with the concept, but that is one ugly, dated looking foldable, even before it hits the market. Nasty notch, humongously thick chin, too wide to comfortably use one-handed in both its folded and unfolded configurations. There's very little appeal here.

                                People complain without thinking.
If some OEM can fit multiple cameras with the same EXACT dimensions with the same amount of battery, by all means do it.
Because people complain too much not knowing that there is not enough space to put all these components without making the phone bigger.

Isn't it baffling why SIMs haven't been replaced by eSIMs yet ?

We still have to stick a little plastic card in to make it work ?

                                      Anonymous, 19 Nov 2019Phone of 2019 ! Exactly!
It also has a ToF camera, it's visible with the reflection of the light, right beside the main camera.
All reviewers got fooled and couldn't see it except GSMArena 😏
