Anonymous, 23 Nov 2019Pretty much a home run for Asus. Seriously? That phone is actually rubbish. Not receiving software updates (refer to the forums, the latter relying on XDA Developers modding the OS which voids warranty and makes device security questionable), poor reliability (no IP rating, dust can enter the phone), and ovehyped and expensive accessories (display cube is even crap). Poor aftersales and difficulty to repair renders it one overrated but idiotic phone. Ipad Pro is still faster, just the fact you'll need to bear with screen size, weight, and build quality

X User, 24 Nov 2019Well, ROG Phone II user here. I can only say I am very very... moreROG Phone is only worthwhile only for gaming, the latter losing out to an iPad Pro. ROG Phone is not even receiving regular software updates, go check Asus forums and people complain of not receiving it. Dust can enter the camera too, so reliability is questionable. You have the cool accessories, some of which aren't necessary and too costly. Just a waste of money and effort. You have yes, the iPhone 11, then the OnePlus 7T, or cheaper Mi 9,K20 Pro (9T Pro) or some other Chinese OEMs. Asuck needs to care more about its customers.

Anonymous, 25 Nov 2019Cmon man, you like that ugly notch on front and gas burner ... moreEnjoy your brick that is not receiving software updates. Current Android Oreo is buggy, go check Asus's forums. Some owners are complaining of this issue. ROG Phone seems worthwhile only for games, the latter that later, newest games require newer OS. There is still the OnePlus and Xiaomi if you hate Apple.

Well, ROG Phone II user here. I can only say I am very very satisfied with the phone. The speakers are really really darn good. I like that it is not "bezel-less" as this improve handling in games.

I personally use my phone for gaming more than anything else so the fact that the phone sustains performance and not getting overheated is a very very nice feeling. I used to use iPhone and don't get me wrong, they have the best chipset. But after switching to ROG Phone II from iPhone X, I think I am unable to go back. I am willing to pay the little compromises here and there as Apple seems to not really care about the competition out there and do whatever they want.

iPhone 11 is really pretty though.

Scott, 23 Nov 2019Wrong first off. Razer has the Razer 2 gaming phone with 12... moreNot wrong. Asus was first to have a 120hz AMOLED display. Razer has a 120hz LCD display. I own the razer phone 2. I prefer LCD as they last longer than AMOLED displays
