I bought Samsung A51 on May 2020, after used 16 months, end up with the phone software corrupt. Force to buy I phone. Will not support Samsung anymore. Too disappointed with the product.

We purchased two Samsung A51 phones based on the fantastic release reviews. All I can say is that these are the worst mobile phones that we have ever own. They are a phone that will stop working at the mere mention of the word moisture. The screen is super sensitive to the point of being useless, and I say this after 2 screen replacement within 1 year. Nothing covered by warranty without reasonable consideration or explanation. The replacement screens are more than 33% of the original cost of the phone. THESE PHONE ARE SHIT. After 30 years of mobile phone ownership. THE WORST PHONE THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED

I bought Samsung Galaxy A51 in Feb.2021. and now the phone is dead nothing is working. I am so not happy. The place where I bought it from says it is not covered by warranty.

The issue is simply that I bought, Samsung A51 and after a year and three months, I found the mobile phone with a problem with this model, which is a serious defect in the motherboard that makes the mobile reboot, and so on, it came to repeating this process for more than half an hour. I lost confidence in Samsung devices, the company, and agents inside Egypt. Advice: Never buy A-class Samsung devices

My Storage shows 75% usage eventhough I deleted unwanted . Now Phone shows free space only 34GB out of 128GB. I always deleted the files I received through what up . I like to know , what is the problem . I am not copying any movie or like that video or games etc .

I want to buy this product but the problem I got with samsung phone products is that they heat up easily(the battery). I was looking for a mention towards that, I couldn't find one though. Has anyone came across the same problem?

Compared with an A50 or even an A7 2018 the A51 is a lacklustre phone, inferior in everything. Never mind the numbers, I own all three and the A51 is by far the worse.
