ypcx, 12 Feb 2020That's sad to hear because the fingerprint sensor is an abs... moreI'd rather have a longer cutout on the display with a full array of sensors(dot projector, flood illuminator & IR camera) or even the 3D TOF camera set up on the S10 5G for face Unlock, 2D Face unlocking won't be secure enough for my liking.

Disappointed , 12 Feb 2020Tye fingerprint sensor. Yes, unfortunately, this is the sam... moreif you have issues with the fingerprint reader, perhaps you should rescan it, and learn to use it a bit better, i have fingerprint locks on almost all of my apps that allow it, my phone is also locked, i very rarely have failure rates, perhaps twice a day, but if i unlock my apps and phones 1000 times per day min, i would consider that almost near perfect Galaxy note 10 +

Samsung had to make sure there is enough space for four cameras but totally neglected the flash. Why not make it a long rectangle flash?

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2020P30 Pro seems to be using the Sony IMX520 1/3.6 1.22 micron... moreThe sensor is twice as big and effective per pixel size is 1.6 micron vs 1.22 micron.
12MP vs 8MP.
Plus Samsung using latest ISP.
S20 Ultra is simply better than P30 pro in telephoto department. The Ultrawide though might show on par results.

In my country, the Ultra costs as much as the iPhone 11 pro 64GB so it makes sense.

ypcx, 12 Feb 2020Galaxy's 1.5f aperture was one of the top reasons to choos... moreWell yes, we will see how this beast will perform. By the way what is kinda sad, they are dropping all these fancy sensors such as the Spo2 and heart rate sensor. It may be little bit of a gimmick, but when you have experience you can implement it in a better way, you can make these to work in a better way. I remember some old Note device had even UV sensor. :D

Also, Huawei nice 6 Vs Samsung note 9, or S10, which would be tter, and in camera aspects as well.

ypcx, 12 Feb 2020That's sad to hear because the fingerprint sensor is an abs... moreTye fingerprint sensor. Yes, unfortunately, this is the same sensor as the S10. It's been positioned a bit higher on the phone so it's more natural to reach,a nd Samsung says the software has been improved, but in my short use it was just as slow and janky as before ... way behind the modern competition. This is going to be one of the notable cons on every S20 review.

WolfpackN64, 12 Feb 2020The price is really high, I'll give you that. But outdated ... moreDoes OP1 fold? There is no direct comparison. And anyone buying should look for use. If day to day use is satisfied by OP1 then y need S20U!! Just thought.
