Those portrait mode shots was alone enough to call this king of all smartphone cameras! End of disscussion right there absolutely top notch!!!

I like these reviews that are published on the same day as the release of the phone. It shows the confidence of the phone maker that they would willingly handout review units before the phone is even sold. They're absolutely certain they're selling a good phone.

The low light photos are unexpectedly worse than S20 Ultra. The details on the donkey and the shark at bottom right are washed out because of heavy noise reduction.

A very good phons. So sad it launched without GMS. Hope te p40 pro plus will launch at the same time, why not launch it the same time?

So the claims from Huawei that Kirin 990 could match SD 865 even before that came out, was just the usual bs from Huawei ?
There is a massive difference.. just look at the gfx scores..
The photo samples look really good though. Although it is easier to make a good ultrawide when its less wide than the competition (many do this not only Huawei)
