The screen and speakers and the speed of it pretty much Rock. I like the headphone jack so much! battery life on this thing is incredible. I change the phone to 60 hertz because I can't tell a difference between the two but the battery life is longer when it's on 60 hertz. This phone is incredibly fast. The only thing that I have found a gripe is I can't get Chromecast to work on it. Version of Chrome they put on there is not a regular version. And you can't remove it and replace it. It's missing the default extensions. Someone from Motorola's forums said they were aware of it. Hopefully a fix will come.

              Better image processing in daytime
              Better battery life
              Better speakers
              Design is more stylish
              Headphone Jack

              So yeah, it's got some nice things going for it. Definitely a great phone, regardless of it's shortcomings.

                  I just ordered mine online. I love how the image quality is excellent and no auto focus issues like the ones you get on the S20 Ultra. Good job Moto.

                    U know what cracks me up is all these reviewers going on about the curved screen. There's a big difference between them and the end user. The end user 90% of the time buys a case for their phone which results in no ghost touches. I really don't get the big deal on a curved screen phone.

                      LCD can be used at 100% as much as you want.
                      Oled with more brightness will just bring burn-in sooner.
                      This is why these phones limit manual brightness to 350-500 nits.

                      Companies should have kept LCD until miniLED is available in small factor. OLED has too many issues.

                        No IP certification (moto's water resistance claim doesn't cover submersion)

                        Is that enough for you?

                        Look buddy, I like this phone and have nothing against Motorola. So let's not argue unnecessarily.

                        I'm a technologist, and hence i always judge every phone extensively. It doesn't mean I'm a fanboy or a hater. Got it?

Besides software updates, name a flaw that t... moreI waited patiently for this phone to come out, paid full price the day it was released, and as I type on it now, I have to say, I'm SO far beyond satisfied, there isn't one aspect of this phone so far that hasn't not only met my expectations,but more often than not left me completely speechless or dumbfounded like "omg, that's awesome" the camera, is beautiful, the responsiveness of the screen(idk what the hating ass reviews say) are beautiful,I love this phone and wouldn't trade it for an apple or Samsung anything, and that's not a paid opinion, that's an honest consumer opinion

                                I've had the Motorola edge plus for about a week now. I traded in my Galaxy S20 ultra,and I can say that the Motorola edge plus is a hundred times better than the ultra. Camera. Battery. Speakers.

                                  motorola messed up camera software so bad even on their $1000 flagship ...

                                  half baked software on a flagship is the real stupid thing not the curve edge display .. and they put 8mp module on flagship? cmon lenovo... spend $1000 on a phone that interpolated image from 8mp or 16 mp to 27 mp via half baked software? nope,thank .. lenovo pulling that cheap Chinese company trick on consumer ...AGAIN!

                                    To think, a number of updates to fix some of its flaws and a price drop would actually make this phone pretty good (aside from the curved panel). Let's hope HTC does a better job shall we?

                                      does the curved display hurt you so much? does it prevent you from making a phone call and texting others?

                                        Don't you think that SW update would fix most of the quirks. I don't anyone uses a phone prior to updating it.
