Note 9 Pro it takes to much time for charging. when plug its shows charging rapidly

This mobile phone all are good. But, some small problem issue.
Q
1. Some times offter call end time display not open. So, Unable to disconnect call.
2. Some time play the what's up audio that time locking display screen
And other some small issues...

After getting problem in normall phone call and online call I went to shop at Take and Talk at Bashundhara shopping mall at panthopath (I meet with them on 7th day after purchase)
They check and told me it as ok , they show me another same phone and which also have same low voice on incoming call. So they told me this phone sets have same standard.vso I back from shop.
Please rectify this problem if it is software issue. Otherwise we will face lot of problem.

Anonymous, 14 Sep 2020What exactly is the display? FHD+ or IPS LCD?FHD+ was the screen resolution displayed, while IPS LCD was the screen panel type. In Redmi Note 9 Pro, it have both of them (The FHD+ Resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels which displayed in IPS LCD screen panel type).
