Highly disappointed with the phone. It is the first and last samsung I own. Given its specs it is painfully slow. Really really really slow

The palm swipe function of Samsung galaxy A31 is not very efficient .It always embarrasses me each time I want to quickly carry out a palm swi especially after the recent May 2021 software update .PLEASE SAMSUNG TECHS WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO CONTINUE ENJOYING OUR PHONES...

Your 1% every 2 minutes is not true please don't spread false info. Other people make decisions based on what others say and they are going to be discouraged to even buy a phone because there is alot of negative yet false comments like this one.
