Where do people get their complaints from?
Please fellows...if you want to purchase a brand of mobile phone, never read people's commentaries here. TAKE YOUR TIME GO THROUGH THE REVIEW, SPECIFICATIONS,... DISPLAY, BATTERY, STORAGE, CAMERAS and decide on your own. My Galaxy M20 is a year and nine months old now and still meeting my needs but many people are there writing problems that I have never experienced any in almost 2years now.
Galaxy A31 is even a better one compared to Galaxy M20 yet complaints everywhere.

I wonder why Are You mad At this phone. Its cheaper ,Iphone is too expensive for some people. Actually I think its good phone for this price If you not gamer or professional cameraman It fits you

Very disappointed with this a31, worst phone I ever had...
Poor battery life, poor camera, poor finger print, very slow charging...waste of money...

The Samsung A31 battery is useless. The moment it's in your hands, every 2 minutes 1% battery life goes off. So instead of 20 hours video playback, try more like 20 minutes.

Am so much disappointed dear my Galaxy A31 has totally failed to do anything but it's only writing 100%battry fully charged and it can't go off on and am confused

The A31 is great device,using it as a second phone for my work,my main device is poco F1.
Compared to the A51 which I did get to try:
Pros:
1.sound quality through headphones with poweramp is way superior,the amp is really strong,with warm sound,beating some flagship devices that I've tested.
2.battery backup is better.
3.better for one hand use.
4.the 4k capability of the A51 is useless as the camera is pretty shitty on both.
5.cheaper
Cons:
1.beefier and heavier than the A51. A51 is slimmer with no chin.
2.the A51 will get 3 years of software updates as claimed by samsung.

The only things I seem to be a slight problem with A31 is it's ram and lack of night mode for night photography. I'm on the 3rd month with it and I'm very excited about it. It's a brilliant device to have. It only jammes when there seems to be poor network which happenes even to high end devices.
