Seriously for 350$, rival companies are offering 765G, 5G, 90Hz display, bigger Battery, In display fingerprint, micro sd slot, Splash Resistance. Google is charging way too much for its really mediocre phone

There... moreAlthough I feel even Pixel 4A is overpriced, but Nord has a better Processor 765G, 5G, Ultra wide lens, in display fingerprint and a bigger screen and better battery. Google is just trying to capitalize on its HDR + technology with a mediocre lens and below average specs.

No. Will it be available nationwide in the next 3 years? Possible. By then, your Pixel 4a will be ready to be changed to a 5G phone. You do not need 5G now.
And regarding battery life, its good for a whole day of usage. You can always charge at night.

This phone have 3 years update (until 2023)
Maybe android 11 it is the last update of major android on pixel 2

I really do not understand this phone. Small battery....useless.supercamera!!! What do I care ...just for FB and Instagram. No fast charging. Useless. Samsung m21 any day.
It is all so simple just produce a phone with amoled screen fast charging and big battery andxamoled screen. More I do not need. No need for 4 cameras of 120 grz screen. Etc keep it.

Why does Iphone SE 2020, which has an old design, a small LCD screen, a weaker cam, a ridiculous battery size and costs $450 for the 128GB version gets 4 stars, and Google Pixel 4a, which seems to be way better in every category only 3.7?

A great alternative from Google for those wanting a compact phone. I'm sick of all these 6.5-7 inch smartphone releases. If I would not have Mi A3 right now, which has a decent size, I would buy it right now.

OK I am sold, THIS is what I wanted for years to be much better on Pixel devices! It will be a perfect fit for my DJI Mavic Mini!
I got practically evertyhing I want to have in a phone: mid-range chipset, Amoled with high max brightness, best in class camera, headphone jack, decent design, stereo speakers, decent battery, at least 64gb storage, fair price.
Only thing I truly dislike is the color but I will solve this issue with a Dbrand skin.

Sounds smart.
