Very poor network connectivity.

They not designed properly to uphold the updates, within 2 yrs of use corrupted the mother board. Lost all the data and samsung is charging 8k for new mother board which is of no use..I dont felt this is a worthy product.

Motherboard in first 6 months of use. Luckily was in warranty so got it replaced.
slow and laggard in performance due to outdated chips set.
Recently faced an issue were battery fails to charge

Such a bad quality phone u will have issue with mother board a lot and bad camera not upto expectations so dont buy this💩

1. Keeps restarting frequently.
2. When using Google Maps at times when I stop in traffic, the map spins around, confusing the user.
3. Ratio of height to width it too high (too tall, not wide enough)

This phone is not worth the money and not a product that one can expect from Samsung. Samsung being one of the leading company and still can't give product worth money makes it so disturbing. M31s restarts itself if we turn on location in any apps like Maps, Snapchat etc. And then the performance and glitches omg are of huge. Though the wifi is connected 24/7 i wont get immediate notifications instead will recv flow of notifications out of nowhere like a glitch. The processor is literally not upto the level. 8gb ram and still hangs. When it comes for Samsung buy high end i guess in that they provide some smoothness and performance as they mention/advertise

Mother board problem is Lots to see... Prize is above 8,000. Don't buy this Samsung 31s ddvice

My father is being using this for 4 months I just figured out only problem in slow motion and super slow motion because of flickering of light in night.
Otherwise it's a 💀 monster no problem at all

I've used the m31s for 4 months and had no issues. For those saying they had network problems, you might have bought a specified country only version and not the international version. Luckily I got the international version and had no problems at all. It did me excellent when it came to gaming and I have to recommend. Only problem is beware of thieves as I had mine stolen. It does have a "premium-like" look to the untrained eye and well, thieves may like it. Upgraded to the a52 5g which is doing me good as well. Miss my m31s though.

It's been 6 months I've have been using this phone ...there are no issues in the mobile..even it has Knox security and altz ..very minute lag after one ui 3.1 update.. I hope it'll be fixed. Overall phone is very much good

Samsung should have fit Snapdragon 600 or 700 series for this value for money.
Great phone nevertheless.

nice battery life and screen,
but after 4 month of using it stopped charging, took to service center, refused to fix it due to body damage, when there is not even bend on it, poor quality, poor service if something goes wrong, bought it for lite use in office usually been left in office on my work table, cheap phone but not best for its price, have been using cheaper phones for 1.5-2.5 years and still sell it as used, this one will go for parts or to the bin.

Really worst mobile. this post covid time not relevant networking. net work most poor. if you stand below mobile tower you won't get signal. never preferred.

Exact a month old , my mobile is working fantastic without any heating issue. Fascinated by its camera and battery, worth to buy for a middle class people like me. I recommend those who buy this phone, go to nearby mobile stores who gives the warranty. Don't buy it online. I'm really satisfied with the product and let's go Make in India. No issue the network, completely safe to use. Privacy protected. I recommend you to go for M31s 8gb.
