ASUS ROG Phone 3, 18 Sep 2020These are pointless expensive devices which most people won... moreThe 2nd Iteration has improved, but only slightly. It should have had atleast 2 cameras, especially since the camera isn't placed at the centre. Also, the chipset should have been the top of the line Snapdragons instead of a midrange chip. I am not mentioning increasing the size of the outer display covering the entire outside, or a cut out-camera, 120hz screen or other drastic improvements.
The Razr is very high on style and nostalgia. At everything else it's a lower end midrange, since most mid rangers have at least 2 back cameras (3+ actually), and some interesting other specs.

I wish they went with a metal back. Why did glass backs become so popular? They just smudge so easily

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2020The only reason to choose this over Fold 2 is nostalgia and... moreLol, completely different types of folding-screen phones between the two altogether.

L.O.R.D, 18 Sep 2020I liked the look of the previous to razr better. This looks... moreBut at least Motorola finally fixes all the wrong things from the previous model, particularly with the chipset. But nevertheless, the new one is still a great stunner. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip may well be more powerful, but I know which one I'll take between that Samsung and this Motorola. Definitely not the Samsung.

Wow, looks much better than the first iteration. This 2nd looks even closer to the original. Once they have the technology sussed, they should abandon nostalgia and release a new foldable phone based on a modern design.

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2020The only reason to choose this over Fold 2 is nostalgia and... moreDon't forget about the size, that is more important now a days than actually a processor. The processors we have are mostly powerful enough for most of the tasks, unless you want gaming hard.

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2020The only reason to choose this over Fold 2 is nostalgia and... moreThat's the deal...with the razr your buying style and nostalgia. It really feels like a clamshell everywhere you look at it kudos for Motorola for thinking first on experience rather than filling it up with specs
The z flip 2 it's just another galaxy phone that can close in two haves, and it's ugly as hell

I liked the look of the previous to razr better. This looks toy-ish, rounded and like just another glass sandwich, which is so common, while the earlier design was sharp and edgy, with that textured back, although plastic, looked fresh and original. Still a great looking phone though

Foldable phones with moving parts make sense, because they will always break far more often than phones without any moving parts, and that force people to buy new phones more often, speeding up the depletion of Earths natural resources and speeding up global warming!

Looks ugly compared to the 1st. I'll pass. Specs are nicer but they really ruined the design. Looks like a cheap knockoff of the 2019 Razr that had actual trim and detailing.

These are pointless expensive devices which most people won't even bother to look at it. You make so many compromises just to prove the world that it actually folds. Lesser battery, smaller scree, lower resolution, no ip rating ,average camera, midtier SoC yet $1500 ! Very build and courageous move by Motorola!

The only reason to choose this over Fold 2 is nostalgia and its cheaper.
Everything else the Fold 2 demolishes the Motorola Razr 5G
