Initially they didn't accept it. I had to go to the police and lodged the complaints too. It's a scrap phone. Samsung spoiled their brand name because of this S20FE. today I purchased M51. I need to see it.

I got it the same time with a Note 10 Lite and the difference is crystal clear .
I wish I could get a new one to replace just to see if there will be an improvement.

The battery for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE can only last 8hrs. It is a handicap phone without a power bank.

In my first 2 days of use, the phone keeps heating up that penetrates its jelly case and battery drains quickly I have to charge it twice a day. Any thoughts on what I should do?

just got the fe 5g. NO 4g lte. NO 5g. Have spoken with carrier who blames samsung. Spoke with samsung who blames carrier. Tried All the resets, even hand-entered all the network settings. YES I was recieving 4g lte in my area with my galaxy s7.
Why PAY for dated technology? NO answeres! Will return!

i have a problem with the fe 20 battery which is always overheating.my s8 battery was mutch longer lasting with the same running apps.
