I got the best device based on my needs (especially camera) for the price.

In the end, it is cheaper for samsung to buy snapdragon than paying what qualcomm asks as royalties, because all mobile modem use tech from qualcomm.

Cant compare to one 66% larger.
Only ultra can be compared.

Selling exynos in USA wo... moreBecause Apple uses a Qualcomm modem together with their A series chipset so there is no reason Samsung cannot use a Qualcomm modem with Exynos chipset for CDMA network. It would be cheaper purchasing just the modem rather than the Snapdragon and they only need it for phones sold on CDMA networks.
It's just American protecting their precious Qualcomm and mandating the use of Qualcomm socs in various markets including US.

Considering this, try to jumpship from Huawei because of the GMS issue. After the leak price came out, made up my mind & stick with Huawei, pick up the P40.
After seeing those camera samples (my main needs smartphone for the price), boy am I glad that I chose P40. Quality is far far better (well its a near 1 inch main sensor), from 27mm to 135mm, just like a kit lens, near to none detail loss (Super Res + 3x optical algorithm).
Actually the no GMS is non issue for me after using it for a while (DualSpace method), and its half the price of this S21! Phewww....again, I am glad.

Verizon has CDMA, but you're phone will never use it. They require all new phones to support VoLTE and are shutting down the vast majority of their CDMA network later this year. They do sell A series phones like the A51 with Exynos only.

Selling exynos in USA would cost them more than using snapdragon.
Exactly what happen with S6, it had nothing to do with heat issues of 810.
S6 had heat issues too, anyway ..

caught lying.., 22 Jan 2021Exynos still disappointing. Nothing new here. Now that Trump is gone, Samsung should stop developing the Snapdragon variant and divert all those resources into their exynos development. Selling Snapdragon chipsets at the expense of their own is stifling their own chip development.

I did try the phone hands-on. It actually looks fine, but after reading the review, this phone could be better. The plastic back is OK, maybe uniform bezels would help look better. The screen is better than the S20 FE, no glare (and don’t expect the touchscreen issue), but it could be QHD resolution like the S20. The camera punch hole is a little big too.
As for the chipset, I did own a S20 FE 5G with SD865. Good performance but still thermal throttles quite quickly in some scenarios, so imagine this being an Exynos. The 2100 is definitely better but I don’t expect a huge increase in improvement.
Samsung could be better, seriously. The S21 Ultra may look great, but the other models are meh 😔

Without night mode the S21 seems to be worse than the S20 in low-light conditions despite an even longer exposure time.

LG V60 review: cons were the downgrade to FHD (like Samsung) , charging speed (25W like Samsung S21) and no telephoto .
None of this listed at cons for Samsung. So if lacking something is listed as CON, should be listed as CON for everybody.

AngryLithuanian, 22 Jan 2021Because memory cards are a thing of the past. Just get 256G... moreNot all people are able or want to pay for that extra memory that also only worth for a single phone. The memory cards are portable and the new standars really fast. At the cost of these phones expandable memory is a feature that should be available.
There is no excuse at this prices. And what you get now? Downgraded phones. Better avoid to buy these pieces of featureless junk.
