My apps. don't work half the time. Only certain contacts can send me pictures. Then soon snap chat started that. I lost all blue tooth connections. Samsung had me do all the same stuff as you. They had no answer for me. Some settings i can't get into to change that I sure would help some issues. I have never been so disgusted with a phone especially when samsung them selves can help you. Take it in for a warranty fix. I had the phone a month. This phone is completely worthless to me.

Hola, 14 Jul 2021Click the power button and lower volume control at the same time.Every single time U do exactly that, my screen shuts off. Had this phone a month and have yet to capture a screen shot.

I bought A12, facing low speed issue even searching contacts list, Once you Dial screen get blank for a 2-3 second.
Not a good choice.
Samsung technician advising to wait for upcoming update.

If you are old enough to remember and long for signing into AOL in 1992 on a dial-up connection. Than this is your phone!!Things that are slower than this phone....evolution, Pittsburgh Pirates improvements, Rock Star software releases, traffic around Washington DC. Other companies are innovating - Samsung says .....nah

I bought this phone less than 2 months ago
It's already the screen is blank don't buy this phone .Money waste .Even dealers or sellers not get any responsible. every time phone is Freeze Freeze Freeze Freeze ! you have to take several time for repair.

When I bought Samsung A12 it worked well the first month then it started developing problems. Playstore wasn't working, it keeps hanging when opening files.
