A12 is horrible! can not chsnge video call settings.. no swith to disable it where it is suppode to be! can not change a shit load of settings! ex. do no send read setting turned on..but next message it goes right back on!
(contact setting) meanwhile the main do no show id always off. neither one seems to f.n. work! that is just a few examples..many many more! plus i get no help from samsung or tmobile!

When you do these lower tier phone tests, can you not just compare the benchmarks to other new phones, but to last generation phones? If I'm getting a new phone, but am still happy with my old one, I don't just want to know how it performs relative to new processors, obviously an entry level phone is going to be worse, but how does it compare to the benchmarks from, say, an S8?

It's an aggravating phone. Mine has freezing issues on everything. Both apps and phone call ssues that made the AT&T rep scratch his head. Imagine calling a number, it doesn't matter if you leave a voice message or if you choose to just hang up....this phone would freeze and you couldn't end the call...unless you turned it off. And as I said...apps would suddenly freeze...again turn it off. Now you understand why I said this phone is an aggravation.
Now before anyone jumps to a conclusion of what is probably wrong, let me just say...that was checked...double checked and rechecked.
Checked for updates....cleared cache....deleted apps I didn't use....installed Norton360lifelock....checked for malware and viruses...
As I stated...the steps above were done numerous times.
Did this help the phone at all. Yes...it would start working normal...and just as soon as you think you're okay now... you make a call...bingo...you cannot end the call.
I still miss my Motorola G6...that phone never gave me any problems at all.
