Decent phone, the speaker is a little weak though and a 1080p display would be nice. The battery is amazing and while the charging speeds are a little slow, that helps preserve the battery. Overall it’s an ok phone and in the price range it’s a good option to consider

Have had the Galaxy a12 for many months and have yet to figure out how to answer it when a call comes in or how to end a call I have made.
Ordered the manual where on page 36 it says that when a call comes in to drag the little phone symbol outside the circle. First--there is no little phone symbol and there is no circle.
How in the world does this thing work. I am totally frustrated. One would think that with 2 college degrees I could figure out how to operate a cell phone.

Camera sucks.....they change phone software based on who's in charge that day....makes no sense putting something at the bottom that been at the top for years..

Have been using this phone for about six months now and found it quite usefull. Abke to rum to email addresses at the same time, able to take and upload straight to youtube on the hop. A full chaege give me around six to seven hours talk time and has been very handy while out and about. Have not been a gamer on the phone. A handy phone for general use.

The Samsung A12 is the best phone I've ever had. The battery life is excellent. I can charge it up to 100%, got out for at least a 14 miles walk, have the Radio on and 3 walking apps all going at the same time and still have 40% when I get home. So I can't understand why all these reviews are negative. The camera on it is excellent. Macro picture perfect. However, the zoom only goes to 10 times, where as the Hauawi P50 my friend has, as a zoom of 50×.. The Samsung S10 on has a 2x zoom so the a12 is much better. Even my old Microsoft 950XL had a much better camera than the top Samsungs.
So I highly recommend the A12

I am fourteen years old, so me and my dad decided to get me a new phone since that my phone had been slowing up. We went to the phone store to pick a phone out and I decided to go with the a12. Although I should have looked at the reviews... because dude this phone was worse than my previous phone. The first day I got it the touch was VERY delayed and it wouldn't let me call anybody, whenever I would try and send texts it would take FOREVER to send. It would take about 10 seconds to open up an app. Not to mention that when I would take pics on snapchat it would take forever for the snapchat filters to reload. About 2-3 months later, the phone is really fucked now. The screen flickers and then turns off. Whenever I press the power button it doesn't turn on. We are going to go to T-Mobile to get it fixed in a couple of hours. Should've chosen something else....

This is one of the worse phones out there. After one month the phone started having problems charging and refused to acknowledge the charger. I took it back and was told it was under "manufacturer" warranty and call, submit a a claim. Did that and promptly got a response stating that this was not covered under warranty! WTF??? It was a NEW phone and a month old and not covered? So now, three months later it won't charge at all and I have to go buy a new phone and all I see out there are Samsung phones with over 4 star ratings!! I don't want a Samsung due to their HORRIBLE customer service and refusal to stand behind their product. I needed the extra SIM card capability due to the number of photos I take with this phone (which it did take nice photos, the battery life was great when I could get it to charge, I have really not many complaints about it other than the USB port is for crap). Plus, when it updates, I have to go in and delete tons of junk! I don't know why they throw 20 games on ya that has to be deleted. Makes no sense. Just update the dang phone. Don't waste your money on this thing, it's not worth the headache.

i cannot believe that i even wasted the money to buy this effing phone it is the worst fucking phone i have ever owned from fucking samsung they suck ass dude i got more fucking memory and my old ass fucking 821 is working a thousand times better than this fucking piece of shit that i got now so fuck samsung fuck this phone and fuck anybody that likes it ‼️‼️‼️

I can't understand all the negative remarks.I am not into the high $ phone market and use my hp laptop for my more technical internet business vs a phone.I bought mine for $110 on HSN, new not refurbed,and have yet to discover anything, like some of the naysayers, before me.The phone is unlocked 32 memory & up to1 terabyte storage.It also came with android 11 already loaded and world frequency quad bank!I still have a J3 Orbit, entry phone for 3 years and never any problem I kept the cache cleaned out weekly and still had half the small RAM.I highly recommend either product!

I was so used to MI pro but for a change bought Samsung galaxy A12. It's really not worth. Features and functions are truly irritating. I will rate 2 out of 5.

consider A12 issues to be more software than hardware. which would make sense with all the ones having issues are software problems than makes hardware problems. i had no major problems for 2.5 mo. However, you should look into developer mode which allows you to modify the software to your liking. prevent freezing, audio settings, etc. in other words nothing is going to be perfect, so find a way to just make it better for you if you can...or spend more money.
