I hd bad experienced less a year of using poco x3 pro. Network problem cnt use on call sent already at service ctr unfortunately im late by 20days to bring there

Very bad experience I have purchased Poco X3 pro, problem was in handset it gets auto restart, when I went to service centre they said I have to replace motherboard, and it will take approx 1 month time, as no spare parts available, I asked for replace under warranty period, they refused, and said if replace they will provide low confrigation hand set, I recommend big no.

my poco x3 pro is deadboot right now after 1yr. they warranty is over so the issue of the phone is in the new miui 13 update, so dont update your phone to miui13

Poco x3 pro is the king of the phone I never seen like that it's very good phone I used a lots phone no one like poco I love it thanks from how make that phone

So many issues acutely for this phone (my phone is poco x3 pro 8-256)
1- The battery is going down very fast although it is 5120 for less than normal usage
2- The Top speaker is not giving you any privacy when you talk to some one since it is not covered by your ear so the person next to you can hear what you are talking :( its is very bad
3- I have it since three days right now and when iam dialing the calling screen disappeared and become white only
4- although the phone have a fast processer but you cannot feel it , its like a not real (iam wondering when my phone have heavy calls or photos what will happen ?) my money is gone
i hope the company can fix this issues

Its the best for its price. When you hold it. You feel like having an expensive phone. Due to its weight. And the texture of the body frame. The best spec you can get for 250, this phone is really made for gaming. You can play pubg hd extreme , and the phone still manage to get 60 fps. I don't see the why not from buying this phone. But if you like to photograph. Then I wouldn't suggest. You can get Redmi note pro, or the cheaper Poco x3 nfc. The benchmark is high too. It defeat the Xiaomi mi 11 lite LTE. With its repackage 860,
