I have an Honor device for example with HiSilicon Kirin chipset that supports aptX HD that I use in my headset. Please don't share disinformation.

Get some Bluetooth headgear that supports SBC, AAC or LDAC and you'll be right. I don't think there is that much of a difference between Bluetooth 5.1 and 5.2 in terms of power usage.

                As per https://www.mediatek.com/products/smartphones/mediatek-dimensity-1200, dimensity 1200 supports Bluetooth 5.2; however in section "4. Software, performance" it is mentioned that it supports Bluetooth 5.1.

                The non support of Bluetooth 5.2 in X7 max is a biggest deal breaker if we consider the difference between Bluetooth 5.1 and 5.2 ( https://audio46.com/blogs/headphones/bluetooth-5-1-vs-5-2 )

                  And the 1200 is on par or better than 865/870, there must be some bug/background app in their unit, bcoz if u check online or youtube reviews, it can easily beat 865 in antutu and gk mc tho slightly behind in sc. And who the hell even plays these limited set of games like pacman/temple run/some trash fighter jet game in hrr that too on a mobile! smooth 60fps is more than enough for a non-gaming phone. If it had ashpalt/rr3/grid, pubg or CoDM in hrr like Xperias that would be benefical, not these games.
                  this phone is one of the best in this segment, far from trash!

                      So another so called flagship killer with mediocre camera, a Meditatek Soc that cant even beat last years snapdragon 865, and a screen with a high refresh rate that no games support. Trash..

                        the way Netflix works is to spawn its video player inside what is almost a "separate app" instance, which even shows up separately in the recent apps interface. Hence we are fairly certain that its perfect behavior is just a happy coincidence and not due to realme UI actually behaving in a smart way

                        Netflix and amazon prime video does this like that for some time. How did you not know this?

                              So 2 identical phones except for the chipset. Realme is doing the exact same thing as Samsung with the Galaxy series except using Dimensity/Snapdragon instead of Exynos/Snapdragon. It goes to show that Qualcomm has only traded performance for increase in battery consumption in the SD888 and that it is not a generational improvement over SD865 but a higher clocked SD865. It also shows that MediaTek's Dimensity chips are far more competitive than Samsung's Exynos.

                              I would buy this phone over the GT for the far superior battery life and lower price. And that headphone jack sounds amazing.

                                  Just check for some freight/courier forwarding services from India similar to other countries. You can buy it on Flipkart.com or Amazon.in or realme.com

                                    I got the GT Neo (Chinese version). It's an amazing phone that is ruined by the Chinese ROM. There are too many road blocks with it. For example, you can't change the default messaging app (due to security reasons) and you can't add a contacts widget to the home screen with the stock launcher or with Nova Launcher.

                                    However, Nikita's Gcam mod works perfectly, despite the MediaTek chip, and produces excellent photos. The display and speakers are amazing. The fingerprint sensor is lightning fast. I love RealmeUI 2.0. It's pretty much my perfect phone, apart from the Chinese ROM.

                                    Where can we purchase the Indian version from? I'm in Australia. I believe it's impossible to flash a global ROM on a Chinese model, so I'm left with a phone that's not fit for purpose.
