Anonymous, 23 Jul 2021Curious why people want a glass back when it makes the phon... moreI have never used a case on an Android phone. Glass simply feels way better in the hand. I don't drop my phones, I don't need a case bulking it up for no reason. I just use a screen protector to protect the display from scratches. Plastic backs are a hard deal breaker for me unless I get pure Android like the Google Pixel A phones. This new OxygenOS is clearly just ColorOS. Source: I have a Realme phone and it looks practically identical.

Al, 23 Jul 2021Do we know how many Android Updates this phone will be gett... moreYep. I have one Dimensity 1100 phone just to check it out. It's good, but RealmeUI kinda poop. I'll stick with Snapdragon phones since there may actually be custom ROMs that make the phone actually usable.

I'd have to be willing to settle with this ROM vs the former OxygenOS and it says right on the wallpaper never settle.

I've been extensively comparing the OnePlus Nord 2 and 8T for main camera photo and video quality. I like the colors on the 8T but it really lacks in detail and sharpness, on the other hand the Nord 2 has both and nice colors but it looks a bit oversharpened and you can see ringing around objects sometimes.
I'm compelled to get the Nord 2 for its newer IMX766 sensor.
What do you guys think? Which phone has a better main camera?

Hilda, 03 Jan 2022hi, anything you don't like about Oneplus Nord 5G? :) No, I actually prefer Nord 2 because it is an all rounder. Some people think Poco F3 is better just because it offers marginally better performance, but to me as an overall package, Nord 2 is better.

Best phone under 30000
Literally believe me better than all samsung 5g phones I was also not trusting but when I purchased it itis really very awesome must by good choice in OnePlus

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my One plus Nord 2 5G, I bought this phone on 25/10/2021. The problem is when I receive a call the ringtone is ringing from low volume to high. For my office use I can't take a call on correct timings so that I went to my nearest authorised service centre called Dreams Mobiles in Karamana (Trivandrum, Kerala). They told me that this is due to the software issue and they changed the software, after that no changes happened in ringtone volume also some more issues happened in my phone like Battery draining and over heating.
I didn't expect such kind of a bad experience from One Plus. I can't adjust anymore with this phone.. I'm requesting to replace this phone as soon as possible.

What about nord 2 blast issues and so many users are complaining about screen issues and battery draining issues and also some of the users are complaining about cameras

I have just received Nord 2 gray 8/128 version. The back is made from Aluminum. Not glass and not plastic. The frame is plastic. It's the perfect finish for me!

Seriously.
"The phone also comes with a pre-applied screen protector, but we are not sure protector is the right word. It's more like a cheap film to keep scratches away but gets extremely smudgy and, worse, it's hard to clean. We peeled that off immediately."
So a phone tech website aren't even aware of the fact that the "pre-applied screen protector" is just the screen's film which is used to protect the phone during assembly.
The Nord 2 has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and this film is just something you peel off before use, as with any other gadget with a screen.

John, 23 Oct 2021Nord 2 or oppo 8????Nord 2 anyday. Never waste money on Oppo and Vivo phones compared to OnePlus purely because of the cheap quality used in Oppo and Vivo. Although they are from the same plant, OnePlus is like an Audi from Volkswagen shed
