Yet Apple launched the iPhone didn't they?
With trillions of dollars they have, they should be the one at the forefront of this type of innovation.
If anyone can take big chances, fail, and yet exist despite all those failures... It's them, but no they just prioritize profits, not what customers want.

Last time I heard, the Gn2 sensor inside Xiaomi is way more advanced than 108mp hm3 inside Samsung

Xiaomi isn't a manufacturer, they're a reseller. They pack some off the shelf commodities in a box and string it together with the usual spyware.

Could any one feature be better? Sure. But together, with more durable frame and IP certification, it makes it good enough to try something really cool.

It's certain that it's you who've never held both in the hands. There are plenty of comparison photos and videos, and those who experienced them admit that the crease on Huawei is much less interruptive both visually and by touching. Some malicious media tried to downplay and ridicule Huawei Mate X2 with a distant, low-quality screenshot or two, but high-quality close-up photo/video comparisons have proved opposite.
If you were looking for "that bump of cheap slim plastic bag film crease" anywhere near Huawei, you got the wrong address.

Z Flip 3 will be my next phone, finally feel tempted to have a foldable phone, the ip certificate encourages me. Towards the features I understand the specs could be better but I'm already far from the day I have to have the best of the best, tbh I feel I paid for so many unnecessary things in life that I really could brag about but never really used it. I respect others that may or may not get this conclusion one day, took over a decade that this tech got above and beyond my needs but since 5 years from now there absolutelyt too much over necessary offers a bit everywhere. Gazilion cameras, more RAM than in a desktop, CPU/GPU that can literally run a PC OS, it was fun to show-off, same goes with cars, dogs, house, kids, that's life indeed. Back to my next phone, my current phone is great, I don't need a new one but I'm not fully out of the consumer game and value offer is right for me. Loved the green color one, I'll find a transparent case and that's it. I'll be happy to use it till I'm not and after will see what to do if I'll do something or not, if I'm caught on some hype, temptation, shopping season or whatever drives me to get something for me and not for the family. BTW, kids and wife are happy with their phones, let's see what they'll think after I get my new one... and the fun continues... Life by this friendly consumer!

The under display camera and the crease on Samsung are quite visible, no one wants to copy that, no one is jealous of that. The under display camera on Xiaomi is invisible. And remember, ZTE is the one who first implemented under display cameras on smartphone, although Samsung wants to arbitrarily limit the range to foldables in order to advertize with "world's 1st" title.

Ugly curves, curved phone.
Make it boxy sharp edges rectangular like the Note 10, 20 design

Only 8gb Ram, lmfao.
Wouldn't take it for free.
My s21ultra has 16gb Ram.
Ram is much better than speed.

At this rate of development, seems like I'll stick with my s21 Ultra for a long,long time. As long as foldables don't at least match s21's camera setup, I'll hold off with replacing it.

You lose nothing by the inclusion of headphone jack and expandable storage; no other features are excluded by their inclusion. Your experience isn't limited in any way.
As I said, logic doesn't seem to be one of the tools in your arsenal, but try to let it marinate.

ZFold doesn't make sense to me, but ZFlip is the one. I can't wait to keep my phone closed for the whole day, avoid the permanent attacks by the keys etc on the screen. From the list of antics, I miss the notification light most, and the small screen is a replacement, because it's permanently showing charging status.
Little bit disappointed with
- Samsung exclusive SlowCharge®, bringing breath-taking 90W wireless, and 150W wired charging! Just divide by ten. As usual, decades behind competition,
- camera is not under display.. i couldn't care less if it was horrible quality, i just want the unused selfie camera to go.. please..
- SPen.. sadly, it didn't come.. so in this pov it's not replacing Note21:(
Fixes done:
- no more pathetic MONO sound
- USB3 instead of INCREDIBLE USB2, possibly ready for DeX - we donno yet
- 120Hz instead of pathetic 60Hz and also brighter
- bigger front display
- faster harddisk
Upgrades from Note20Ultra will be:
- much much faster CPU
- likely similar power consumption now featuring OnePlus Appkill® feature ;)
- notification light a.k.a. front display
- not so heavy, possible to hold in hands for more than 2minutes
- compact, protecting display from scratches as Gorilla 1,2,3,4,5,6.. never helped at ALL
- cool and impressive
- this is maybe 4th similar point but it must be mentioned: laptop factor.. can make calls or pics or watch AOD notifications with phone facing you with sceen w/out tripod/holder
- minor: easier to adjust on Qi charger... oh my, how many times i missed -> did NOT get notified -> had phone shut down
Downgrades will be:
- no dual SIM (meh)
- no SD Card (meh)
- no SPen (meh)
- no large memory (typically unused anyways)
