It's not a OTA update but if you look it up, Xiaomi have put out an update through their ROM website. You'd just need to download, unzip and transfer then tell the phone to update by local file.

I don't understand what Xiaomi is doing. But definitely not releasing smartphones I would like to buy.
I only really like the 4x and 11 ultra. Bit hella expensive.

Quite a shame considering the 5G with the 780G and even the cheaper X3 Pro have Gorilla Glass 6. Nevertheless, if GSMa has it from other confirmed sources, please do correct me. Thank you very much.

Hey GSMa. A few queries. Is this Gorilla Glass 5 or 6. Your preview says 6, but your tech specs says 5. And the AnTuTu 9 scores measure the 5G as 522490 and the 5G NE as 527663. Yet in the chart, the 5G NE is below the 5G. Is it just an error of placement or an error in numbers?
Await the battery tests.

I bought Mi 11 lite 5g, but looks like that phone is being completely ignored, as what we see Xiaomi released list of batch 2 of phones which will get miui 12.5 enhance d which includes phones as old as redmi note 8 but not mi 11 lite 5g which releases just this year. Also phone performance is completely pathetic, just play worms .io and you will know.
Don't buy this phone guys if you don't want to regret after buying it.

Biggest reason to buy this phone is weight. It makes huge difference. If you don't care, F3 or Nord 2 are better alternatives.

I just bought the original Mi 11 Lite 5G today and I have usb-C to 3.5mm dongle included in the box

Why does this phone exist at all $_$ ?? Xiaomi already has a million models on sale, including the "original" Mi 11 Lite 5G. How about they focus on keeping their existing portfolio in stock, rather than spamming and flooding the market with unnecessary releases! And please, stop with the "ThErE's A glOBAL ChiPseT ShoRTAGE!!1" excuse.
Any sane person or corporation would simply place an order and wait for the next batch to arrive.
And no wonder MIUI is still the most hated "skin".
