                    Daniel, 05 Oct 2021Please will my pixel 2xl get the android 12No. Your 2XL is no longer officially supported. Support for it ended in 2020. Android 11 is the last official release. You may be able to unlock the phone and install a custom ROM, but that's not super easy to do.

                                  But anyway, nope, you can't change those sounds unless you want to use 3rd-party apps (and is there even one that can change the default sounds to something else?). And you cannot ask the writer(s) of this article to change the sounds, because they are, well, writers, NOT creators of the OS itself.

Either that, or wait for Android 12 custom ROMs to arrive (just buy a new phone anyway, it'll take a long time for the custom ROMs to appear, and who knows if someone is even going to port Android 12 to your Pixel 2XL?)
