Every single phone with that processor overheated but Sony managed to dissipate the heat very quickly using two heat pipes, this made it throttle less but it made the phone hot to the touch

I had an Xperia once and i loooved it until its was getting so hot you could fry an egg on it .i dont remember what model it was but i would like to have another shot with Sony ..any advice? Please 🥺

The software isn't complete yet, that's the same as picking up an iphone prototype in May and comparing it to devices that launched in Feb. Obviously it's not a fair competition, the eye tracking functionality hasn't been added. The editing ability hasn't been added. People tend to go with the first association, so the first video that does a comparision gets the most views and people go off that information. Purposefully hurting Sony's sales is what you are promoting, that's pretty cutthroat, dark and messed up. That behaviour is why we have iphone 13's in this world, very iterative updates and no innovation. Any company that innovates is kicked by hook or by crook, out like LG. On the flipside, it's good that Sony is trying to offer great devices, if you look at how much closer they are to competition than they were 4-5 years ago, that shows how much competitors have slowed, but Sony hasn't. If you want one of the highest quality smartphone displays (4K, colour accurate in movies/ content), a headphone jack, sd card/ expandable storage, unique design, no cut-out/ notch, no ugly camera bump, notification led, true stereo speakers, easily removable sim tray without a tool or sewing needle that people use, light-weight device, freebies (tidal 3 months, free headphones/ earphones worth over $200, sometimes $300), etc. who do you buy from?

V30 could record log footage , cine effects and it had a real 6 peice glass lenz , the only one of it's kind still , every one else is still using plastic with those awesome lensflares intruding a good scenery
G6 display had dolby vision ... , I mean ... 💁♂
Too bad they never got the attention they deserved from techiesTube due to Samsung's seo marketing machine ...

Sony 5ii worst phone I'v... moreYou forgot Sony as a company is much larger than LG, it doesn't matter if the phones aren't selling well, they'll have enough income from other successful subsidiaries. So long as they like doing phones the fans (as a hobby I suppose instead of proper business), Xperia will still be exist.

What this phone needs is a log mode for crying out loud Sony is d only manufacturer that has an established log curve. This with a good codec like cineform would turn this things to a beast.

There is no hole in the screen. There are 2 speakers, both facing you! If a time calls for it, there is also a headphone jack. Shutter button! I want one! LED for notifications might be a minor thing, but I still love it! No random google assistant button. Oh, did I mention it has a reliable camera that takes pictures that are true to life, rather than saturation? SD card slot, why not?
If you ask me, do I think it is expensive? Yes. However, it has features that I actually want in a phone?

Yet another overrated and overpriced gimmick gadget from Sony... do they not have a marketing and analytics department? Nobody buys this, no wonder Sony market share is insignificant. I doubt there will be Sony smartphones in the future.

I would not buy another android as since I moved to Apple I've had no spam calls and emails if they introduced as blocking across android them I may go back
