Ok-ish display, class-average battery life and performance, so-so camera.. but the mono speaker and the pricing aren't very appealing. Not to mention the lack of GMS.

Interesting alternative to the Honor 50 with GMS. Good phone for those who don't want Google. Would be even better if they swapped out the Snapdragon chipset for something else.

Still using the Nova 7 5G. I should say it's better in all aspects except the screen refresh rate (doesn't matter anyway to me).

Anonymous, 06 Nov 2021This is imx700y. Not 766. This is why it is 23mm. I don't think so. I think it's an Omnivision sensor. The honor v40 used a 50mp ryyb from Omnivision. It's probably that one. Chinese media reported that the sensor is 1/1.56 inches which would match the Omnivision one. If it was the imx700y they would definitely advertise it

This phone and the pro is a master piece but the pro is only exclusive to China 🇨🇳
Huawei nova 9 and nova 9 Pro is too expensive as the nova 9 Pro the money can buy you a vivo X70 Pro and Oneplus 9 Pro in AliExpress definitely not worth it

The photos taken by this phone is breathtaking ! The foliage is outstanding better than iphone, samsung or pixel. I mean just look at those main camera samples. T

Not worth it
Also for all Huawei users I would suggest using Aperture mode for bokeh shots if you don't care about beauty and blur effects cause Aperture shots are a little sharper and can change blur strenght and also change focus after shots
