That's not what I've seen from the posted images. They look oversharpened, with a catastrophic loss of detail. Night mode is also nothing to write home about. This is year 2018 in terms of picture quality/clarity/details, not 2022.

The "no high refresh rate" in games is due to OnePlus shifting to colour OS bs. Oppo and Realme devices are also locked at 60 FPS ...

I think Vivo should focus on video game n mostly improve the selfie camera on it's 'X' series. No hopes from Realme, Oneminus n Oppo.

Nord 2 Owner, 14 Jan 2022Why doesn't oneplus allow us to use more than 1080p 30... moreI think its software based. Probably, these chinese guys are not good at tuning videos and pics for a variety of modes, or don't want to utilise time on it.
The reason why I say this is because unless its a selling feature, Chinese generally give very less modes to work with, certain Mi phones being the exception here.
When these chinese have snapdragon chipsets, sony sensors, and finally, ultra fast storages in their phones, we can't pinpoint any other reason.
Try using open camera from Play store to see if it works. Sometimes it does (Snapdragon 625 enabled Redmi Note 4 had 1080p video only by default, but 4K was enabled by the Open camera).
My 3 year old LG G8x does 4K60 in both selfie and main cam, and this is Snapdragon 855 with 'just' 6GB RAM. But above all, there's a certain fineness in quality. Colours, dynamic range, exposure, most of it is spot on, except for wide angle cam which is ok ok.

The most irritating thing that oneplus never offer you with all the 5g bands, that makes you to decide whether it is 5g ready or not. So better dont waste your money if you think you're going to buy oneplus 9RT for 5g. It has just 5 bands of 5g.

Haha WTF, you weren't kidding. What the actual f*ck was OnePlus thinking with this camera? Why not just put main+ultrawide instead? This is seriously embarrassing. In 2022, nonetheless!
