Is there any reason why they don't use Kirik anymore? They used to be more battery efficient than Snapdragon

                I don't get it, how you could archive this bad battery life, if all other reviewer could archive much better screen on times. For example in the PCMark Work 3.0 battery test, the P50 Pro(with Snap 888 of course) did better than the Exynos version of the S21 Ultra or the Mi 11 Ultra.

                            an interesting versatile compact camera with plenty of smartphone features. but,do not buy if you look for a smartphone. definitely not worth the money with cropped software.

                              Great thing about manual mode with raw output is you can get awesome quality with long exposure at night. That's why even if auto performance is bad, you can get way way better results then.
                              Not every brand bring manual+raw to superwide and tele though. Amount of detail with iso7000 1/5s vs. iso500 7sec is different, at least for still subjects.
                              Otherwise they can as well use 2mp 1/2" sensor since details are at that level.

                                Huawei is doing well considering what they have been through. The good part of their struggle is they are now building their own ecosystem like apple without relying on other parties. This alone makes them direct competition for apple unlike other players that depend on android. Huawei fones have always been durable and advanced than the rest.

                                  Hey. Looked through the Pro and Monochome modes and I found no option to use Pro mode with the B&W camera, let alone RAW. Sorry.

                                    It doesn't make any sense this price without the store and 5g. Camera is a beast, but in terms of processing, Xiaomi is considerably ahead with more natural looks (no one in the market can match it imo), except for the 3.5 zoom...it looks even better than the 1x zoom pic, incredible! Huawei is a jewel and quite a niche smartphone, just like Sony latest cameraphone.

                                      wow, i saw battery test with kirin, it was almost as good as 13 pro max, snapdragon is a battery hog for it, huawei needs kirin

                                        Anonymous, 04 Feb 2022On the forums in my country people seems to have no problem... moredon't know why the p50 pro global is bad. the china kirin version has battery life as good as apple 13 pro max despite not using LTPO 2.0 tech. not to mention its cpu and gpu is faster than any 888 android. just check technick channel
