Pixel 6 Pro available for €800 in Europe, much better deal than this €900 OP10 Pro...

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2022There is a "gimmick 10-bit jpeg" writen. That is ... moreIt has been corrected. It should have said HEIF.

I'm struggling to get a half decent phone. The fact that this has no ip waterproof rating outside of US and the camera suite is worse than the last model, rules it out. If any of the realme had IP I'd be sold as the big players are all cutting corners. The pixel 6 has too many similar reports citing disappointment

My oneplus 9R I bought it 5 months ago from Los Angeles unfortunately its display does not work now it is fully black. But other everythings are working properly.
However now I don't like oneplus brand.

Anonymous, 01 Apr 2022pixel 6 pro better choice and cheaper i guessOnly if u can get it for the RRP. It's $200 more expensive than the 10 pro in my region 🥴

"The recent rumors of a OnePlus 10 "Ultra" are what gives us hope for the brand in 2022". Hope of a 1200$ phone? Doesn't seem like OnePlus at all. I don't think the fans would appreciate that at all...

Let's hope the Pixels from now hold this price, at least you get the most pure form of Android. It's a shame, switched from Nexus to OnePlus 7 years ago and now i have to turn back, because it's the same price or even lower.

Nick Tegrataker, 01 Apr 2022At this point, I'm starting to think that OnePlus shou... moreDifference is the ISP marisilicon.

X3 Pro and 9 Pro have same output basically. Realme seems similar as well.
This shows that same people are involved, while vivo has own people for everything.

Image quality of screens are equal. Only possible with same people working on both.
Two teams would never achieve same results despite same hardware.

Oppo is trying to undo the huge overlap between all these phones.

Definitely not buying is. Those who are considering buying it, buy the 9 pro. It'll save you some money. I'm just waiting for the Xiaomi 12 ultra

Am I reading this right? The 10 Pro actually limits FPS in some games to 60? Why would this be?

At this point, I'm starting to think that OnePlus should be entirely managed by Oppo as its subbrand (Just like the RealMe series) rather than as an independent brand from Oppo and Vivo, or removed from BBK's portfolio entirely. There are too many similarities between OnePlus and Oppo which make it hard for people to distinguish the two brands from one another, yet there are some minor differences that would make OnePlus essentially a *worse* version of Oppo.

OnePlus uses a larger sensor for the main camera, whereas the UWA camera is substantially larger on Oppo. Both OnePlus 10 Pro and Oppo Find X5 Pro have the Hasselblad branding and colour tuning, yet only the latter has the custom image processing chip hence producing better results. The underlying codebase should be identical between ColorOS and OxygenOS but the latter is known to be a bit buggier compared to the former for some reason. OP's latest flagship lacks any sort of IP ratings (which is even weirder since it's region-specific) whereas the one from Oppo is certified as IP68. The current situation around OnePlus phones really is a mess and I'm struggling to understand BBK's intention here.

Decent phones ever made by OnePlus: 7 Pro , 8 Pro and 9 Pro ..

This is a great phone if you want a folding screen 🤣

AK, 31 Mar 2022Nice but just way too smallI read the review - so, *not* nice at all

LOL, for THAT price, I'm glad I went with the Google Pixel 6 Pro. At the bare minimum, the RESALE value of the Pixel 6Pro will be a LOT higher than the OP 10 Pro.
