Just got this phone a week ago and omg the battery is appalling! It's worse than my iPhone 12 battery and that's saying something. I thought a 5,000 mah battery is supposed to last the best part of a day, if not 2 days. Well mine doesn't. I fully charge it then use it a little and the battery goes down one percent quickly then another and is down 10% within 10-15 mins of light use (browsing). Wish i hadn't bought this phone.

Had this phone for quite a while now very happy with it apart from fact that it's heavy for us but we have fibremialgia, etc.
A very good purchase well chuffed excellent videos and pictures we can 100 percent recommend it's strong doesn't break when dropped waterproof well worth it. THANKS SAMSUNG 😇

A stupid ridiculous handset. Have to reinstall the sim card almost daily. Regret the day I ever purchased this rubbish

It's only been six months since I got this phone, it was compliant three times in six months. Even though it was said to be correct three times, it was not correct.

I like my A33 5g very much.
The only thing I do not like is the fact that a phone with super amoled screen, does not support always on display.

I bought A33 last week. Whatsapp app. kept closing in the midst of texting. Has anyone experienced it? Tried to clear cache, clear data, and re-installed Whatspp, but nothing works.

My Samsung A 33 keep on dropping WiFi, had no issues when I got my phone Oct 2022, since January 2023 I must keep on restarting my phone to access WiFi, I'm very disappointed

Is anyone else facing the challenge of type C headsets not working? Even with bluetooth headsets, it keeps disconnecting and reconnects. I have bought 3 pairs of type C headsets but they don't work in my phone yet they do well in other phones.
