My Samsung A33 5G indicates that there's moisture in the charging port and shows a water drop on the screen, and instructs that the charging cable should be immediately removed. I've cleared the cache from the USB settings, which doesn't work. Is there any other way of rectifying the problem? The phone is only six months old and was never exposed to moisture.

The Super AMOLED of the A33 is relatively free from issue. But for Samsung A series, you need to be aware of the adhesive on the back cover. Some batches have weak adhesive that can cause the back cover to peel on its own. This happened to my A52, and we can only hope Samsung fixed this issue on the Ax3 series.

Jafar, 20 Jun 2022Yes u can use dual SIM but u can't insert memory card ... moreDear, you are correct, you can't use SD card, unless you remove a Sim. As well, there is no Audio jack - its a BIG MINUS point of A33 5G.

PRO:
1. This is a great quality device - the user interface is 100% accurate and responsive.
CONs:
1. It has no notification light for silent environment usage (meetings etc). The screen can only be waken under the following conditions:
a. Deactivating the Google Messages app, and
b. Installing Glimpse Notification app
2. Notification volume adjustment has to be done deep inside the settings. The volume keys can ONLY control either media or ringtone.
Overall rating:
