There is no design difference.
Also, 870 has worse performance/power used ratio than the lower clock versions.
This is not new chip like 808 or 805

Obsolete chip. But it’s common this year for OEMs to release succesors with last year’s chips (or worse). Look at Samsung A53, Xiaomi 12 Lite, Poco F4, just to name a few. All have similar or worse performance than their predecessors.
Still, Qualcomm should really put things straight and release a successor to the 870, possibly based on the 888+, but cooler and more efficient.

Should be 3.2 at most
1) unnecessary phone, it has many downgrades from even X50 Pro (another phone with SD865)
2) only GG5 screen, plastic back
3) two useless cameras
4) old CPU instead of newer like 778 or 7g1
5) no NFC, no jack
The $510 tag is probably convertion of chinese price, means even more outside China.
