But yeah that LTPO display would have been nice touch. It'll get rid of chin too.

What if this phone came out with the 6.1" panel used for the S22. It could have dialed to 24, 30, 48, 50, 60, 90 & 120Hz when needed. It would save the battery and make the display LTPO adjacent. They could have fitted a telephoto lens there - 2x or 3x. The gimbal could have been transferred to the telephoto lens which need more stabilization. 4300 mAh for a 6.1" panel is still good. The charging could have been more optimised. It would technically still be a small phone. A perfect competitor for the iPhone 13. Or the 13 Pro.

I understand the phone rocks if paced on a flat surface because of the camera rings. Does it still rock if the phone cover is on?

If the phone finally reaches your country after 6 months or so, there's only 1.5 years of security updates left.
Only 2 android updates, ok, but security updates should be at least a few years more.

This phone is really nothing special.
I had once ASUS and no more!
Many folks thinks the same after they try it.... if you really like it, try it...only then you will realize why asus is not a good option.

I had an 8, it was alright but the display (which they've reused on this one) always felt a bit cheap with those bezels.
It also had an odd bug with the default Clock/weather widget throughout my ownership where after I removed it I couldn't put it back.
Was always a month or so behind on updates but that's not too bad, overall I found the 8 to be just OK, it didn't draw me in enough to want to keep it or get this one.

I checked notebookcheck test same as Gsmarena with difference in video (13 mini is better there)but still both 13 mini and s22 has below average SOT (load with max brightness)
13 mini has Endurance of 5 hr and 02 min
S22 has endurance of 5 hours and 24 min
Also i check phonearena
Browsing 120hz s22 has 12H 23min
Browsing 60hz 12 mini has 12H 33min
Gaming 120hz s22 has 4H 29min
Gaming 60hz 13 mini has 5H 49min
So Nothing prove 13 mini has good battery life or is tier above s22, from big reputable site phonearena, Notebookcheck and Gsmarena.

A 5.9' 1080p screen doesnt require as much power like the bigger flagships with 6.8' 1440p resolution.
Thats why the Xperia 5 III had almost similar overall results even with the more power hungry snap888.
