It's a good phone, i am honestly okay woth the camera quality and the photo, battery so much last longer (even not actually) but still better than my last phone, well it's 50:50 from my Realme 3, telephoto camera really help me in so much way, but after upgrading to android 13 and HiOS 13, my tecno 19p have some issues like battery drain more fast, like i already use this phone 1-2 year even it's actually just 3 month, camera quality little downgrade especially the video recording isn't okay like before and not consistent, i know g96 it's hot chipset and can go more heat but this more worse than before, wtf it's wrong with tecno, i shouldn't given an update but it's to late, everything know so much bad and keep worst, goodbye my phone, i am literalky gonna buy a new one, terrible update from terrible company, i already know an update would give so much problem but tecno force me to do it anyway, heeh i am from Indonesia btw, and yeag i never forgive you tecno, NEVER!!

Anonymous, 28 Mar 2023I'm also facing the same problem low storage @ 6%You shoulddn't overuse these types of phones. If it reaches 25% you should charge it immedietly, because the life span will lessen and the productivity of the phone will slow down.

How much did Tecno pay ... morebro they have a solid position in markets in Africa, why would they need to pay for fake comments on Gsmarena? for what? to sell a Tecno to some smartphone enthusiast in the US? they are some of the most affordable phones in counties like Zimbabwe, not everyone is in need of some gaming phone - some people just need something for call, text, messaging, and weather or fm radio

I have used this phone an year now , but it's processing speed is low and the fingerprint sensor is really slow in sensing

I had this phone and I can tell that 3 year old Realme 6 Pro LCD Display and Camera quality beat this Phone in every point

This is the best phone I have owned in the last 6 years including Samsung Note 8. The phone is fast, seamless, has excellent storage, is intelligent, and has a fantastic camera and ordinary video. Fast charging! It's awesome.

This is the worst Techno phone I have ever used, barely 2weeks of buying this phone I can not perform any task without glitch on the internet.
Imagine watching Netflix with cracking and trying to make call with so much difficulty..
To say I am disappointed is the least, the picture quality is disappointing..
Techno please refund me my money

One of the worst phones I have ever tried! A horrible experience!! Lots of glitches, lots of freezes. Lots of keyboard deciding not to pop up.trouble listening to voicenotes voa whatsapp on the earpiece because it would directly call as soon as the phonescreen touches your ear. And these problems are not uncommon; they happen DAILY!! Also not user friendly at all! Very very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory experience. Will definitely not buy any techno devices anytime soon again!

It worked well for a short period then in the middle of a call it just went off. Could not charge.
