Been a user of Galaxy Phones for a decade. Just got gifted with an Iphone 14 Pro Max. Well! I cannot understand what the hoopla is all about. The "new" features in Iphone has been there with Galaxy phones for years. Photo quality is user dependent. I actually find the photos I took with a Galaxy S21 + 5G sharper and better defined than the Pro max. Not sure I buy all the hype into Iphones.Texting, calls and messenger functions are identical. Speed test did not show any difference. The screens are brighter and crisper in Galaxy phones. Iphones are Way too expensive but hold good resale value. One area where Iphones are better is battery life and Itunes. Finally I can ditch my old Ipod and carry one device when I am travelling!

probably lost or broken by then,
and the battery will have to be replaced at least once;
which can only be done in expensive official apple center because apple does not sell repair parts to third party suppliers.
ios is a mobile OS made to be easy to work with but as a consequence it lacks in features and is annoying for people who want a phone to do more than just take a picture or scroll instagram.
conclusion: one is better of with a higher end android phone that cost half the price of iPhone. hardware quality will be same or better, software experience much more satisfying.

Apple's iPhone 14 pro max is the undisputed champion of smartphones and puts the google pixel 7 pro to shame. And in addition, the iPhone 14 pro max has already won the smartphone contest before the soon to be released android flagship smartphone powered by either Qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 2 chip or media tek dimensity 9200 chip. And unlike those android smartphones which get software upgrades for only 3 or 4 years, apple iPhones get software upgrades for 6 years and gets those software upgrades more frequently directly from apple themselves thus making iPhones more future proof than android smartphones.

yah, its okay...very close that i buy it...but, still hold my horse and wait 15 pro max...
even i really dont like that e-sim..its just only spying and control use...just i think also googles new passwork idea....more control.

OK, new iPhone user and have to say I love this phone.. Have had all the other flagship, nothing close this.

You might want to tell the whole story re battery life. It’s fine on standby and indoors when connected to Wi-Fi only but outdoors on mobile data the battery drains rapidly, more than 13 Pro or Pro Max, a point other reviewers have noted.

Samsung has won this match because the note 20 ultra 5g has more better features then the iphone 14 pro max like the finger print it has most of the features that iphone has like iris detecting face recodnition iphone hasnt even got the most important feature the pen you can write signitures with your pen and plus iphone has copied pretty much every year diffrent phone mostly samsung. But you can choose weather you want the better phone samsung or the wors phone iphone

Holding both the 13pro max and this new beast, the 14pro max... I should say, I'm not disappointed.. but it's expected.. from 11 to 12 to 13, and now 14... I feel like there's nothing new aesthetically.. however, it's the first time I felt tired of the same cycle... if this will continue, I think I am going to say hello to another smartphone brand.. I just wish Huawei still has google services... Sad.
