The pixel 5a was the last Pixel with a secure OS available and a headphone jack. A DAC isn't expensive unless you buy an expensive one. You know how much these DACs inside 99% of devices cost? $3. You can pay $9 and get several USBC to 3.5mm adapters, which all have a DAC built in except for the 1% that are passive. How about getting one with no cable and a right angle, with 32/384 support. If you want a device with great audio....get an LG device

Enthusiast, 06 Jan 2023Regarding Google's pixel 7 and pixel 7 pro smartphones... moreExcept the Pixel 7 and it's modem have taken the top spot over Apple for highest average 5g speeds worldwide. Except the modem isn't outdated because it was released this year. Except the Apples bullcrap A chip performs great...over a one minute span, and then it's consistency drops like a cliff while the Pixel 7 still scores an 80% after 22 minutes of Wildlife unlimited on a loop.

Yes, a USBC to 3.5 that has a DAC in it. Exactly like stated. Use a passive adapter and you'll get zero sound

You say neither Pixel 7 or 7a support usb audio adaptor and you have to buy usb DAC but that's not true, you can use usb c to 3.5 adaptor.

The review says "The stereo speakers on the Pixel 7 Pro sound really good, with rich vocals and decent bass response at medium to high volumes. The speakers also get very loud but there is some distortion at higher levels. The sound is also a bit imbalanced, with the bottom speaker sounding louder." The speakers are the worst I have experienced on a phone. They are not very loud and have a very high end screech which gives me a head ache. DID YOU ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE SPEAKERS#?

Regarding Google's pixel 7 and pixel 7 pro smartphones, what's really preventing them from being a true premium phone is that their tensor g2 chipset trails snapdragon 8 gen 2 and Apple's a16 bionic by too great of a margin in performance benchmarks and is compounded by also using a modem(exynos 5300g) that's clearly inferior to snapdragon x70 and snapdragon x65 modems used in 8 gen 2 and a16 bionic respectively. And to make matters worse for google(but great for snapdragon and apple) is that Google's next chipset (tensor g3) will be using that same outdated modem(exynos 5300g). So with that being said, the upcoming google pixel 8 and pixel 8 pro also will not be a true premium phone despite being powered by tensor g3 chipset possibility on a 3nm process.

                [deleted post]I would disagree.
There's no such thing as "free apps".
Some people pay with their wallets, others pay with their time (ads).
I've never felt iOS offered better value / features in the past 12 years since I started using smartphones.

[deleted post]buddy, idk what kind of scam you're paying for, but nobody uses paid ROMs. people use free, open source ones, because they have large communities, loads of support, and well, its free.

I can confirm that the new fast Night Sight mode (which uses machine learning) can lead to blurry results in comparison with the long Night Sight mode. It seems that the new fast Night Sight mode has issues to align frames correctly. I noticed this when I took a photo of text in decent light conditions. The issue is reproducible.

Note that 4k video zoom doesn't use the 48 megapixel mode of the periscope sensor. 4k video crops the 12 megapixel mode of the sensor.

I love The Pixel 7 Pro new look and colors of the phone, also the 7 Pro specs are great! The LTPO OLED 120 Hz Display is what I expected in this phone, this display is so great with colors, black level, and HDR! The 5000 mAh Battery is the best for a high-end phone that uses more high processor to run. This phone is very smooth to use even when gaming it is not getting heated up because of the RAM and processor! I like the triple camera which is cool, a 50 MP wide camera, a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and a 48 MP telephoto camera which gives out the best quality images! Overall this phone is great but does have cons which all the phone does, software bugs, fingerprint sensors, and battery life which is not good but they can be enhanced with future updates!
As I was searching for many cases for my Pixel 7 Pro, they all looked the same and made the phone bulky to use so I got this 3m skin from Gadgetshieldz which can self-heal the scratches and stick well and love the new look!

[deleted post]so sorry, but i prefer my device to be running official software that is guaranteed to work well for my device, not software that's unverified and could definitely come with security issues and be buggy.

By the way, I have tried the long exposure feature and it is unrealistic nonsense. The camera decides which objects should be blurry and which objects should be sharp, apparently with machine learning. So when you are in a room and simply move the phone, the long exposure feature will make certain areas of the room super sharp while other areas of the room get the long exposure effect. Looks totally unrealistic and has nothing to do with a true long exposure.

The Delayed Pixel 7 Review seems like something has gone terribly wrong from Google's side and dudes here are confused if they mention it in the review or not.

Ar first I thought that the 2x camera can give you slightly better macro photos, but I have tested it again and it seems that the ultra wide angle camera can indeed give you slightly better macro photos. But the autofocus is quite bad and focus lock doesn't work correctly.
