Battery life a d slow charging. A no go. Useless device. I will never buy this phone.

20w heats the device around 41c and the 60w to 46c for shorter period of time

When you're way down under the entire flagship competitions in terms of what is the most important : Graphics, you don't have the right to dare to ask for those heavy bucks.
Actually, I would par the price exactly with the performance: -20% = -20%. Simple as that.
But we are not talking about -20% in our case ... We can see it clearly from the benchmarks ...

Terrible battery life and bad photo processing. Google has been softening the photos starting from Pixel 3 and now reached the point that it has the same PQ as Samsung phones and even worse when it comes to the NM. Also, Apple boasts a dedicated 50 MP mode and a 2x zoom that yeilds much better results. Absolutely disappointed. Burn in hell Google

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2022At least battery will still have 90% at least after 2 years... moreThe problem is, this Phone Charging at 20W get's hotter than most other phones at 80W, and since the main factor of battery aging is heat, the pixel Charges at 20W, but ages like there was an 100W charger on it for 2 hours straight.

12 hours of web browsing is so poor these for the class
12MP images are at a smaller side also, they should bring 20MP to 24MP 3:2 cameras

For a company as big as Google, same with their 1st gen google watch.. crap battery life.. gotta get the fundamentals right.. it's like they're resting on their laurels, that they haven't earned yet.

Endurance rating is even worse than my Pixel 6 Pro (which I admit has a mediocre battery life with smooth display turned on). Thats why I didnt trust the reviewers who said it has a better battery life than pixel 6 pro lol. There is no point upgrading to it now. Looks like the main culprit of mediocre battery life on Pixel 6 and 7 series is the new Google Tensor (Exynos) chip.
My free advice to Google is if you can't give us a great battery life phone, then kindly work on the charging speed instead. Give us 67w charging at least.

Can gsmarena test the signal reception of P7P compared to P6P and iPhone14ProMax? I am really interested to know that since a lot of Pixel fans complain about this issue. Thank you.

Aziz soft tech, 26 Oct 2022in my test battery life is better than what I can see on Gs... moreIt could be down to some update that arrived via Google Store, there are so many aspects that affect phone battery.
To me, Pixel 7 Pro battery seems slightly better than Pixel 6 Pro and a bit more consistent.
Pixel 7 Pro feels like a Pixel 6 Pro v 1.5 ... and TBH I really like it, it does not bother me, it works nice.
Fingerprint sensor works well (unlike P6 Pro), face unlock works, it seems it captures much less lens flares with camera etc.
