Overpriced mediocrity as usual from Samsung's flagships, they have good company in Apple.
No smartphone is worth more than 449 USD. Period

Samsung should add a comfortable Ultra without the S-Pen. Unless that happens I'll pass. They blew it when the axed the Note.

- better screen calibratio... moreThis 100%. Not having microsd is a HUGE con and so is the loss of the audio jack. I can hear the difference in quality. Bluetooth is inferior on anything beyond midrange headphones. Note 4 was the last great flagship, you could replace the battery with one in your wallet. 200% battery at all times.
S23 looks great, but it's annoying buying it only for the camera while having to keep an old second device to do everything I need to do.

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2023For me, phones should have Adaptive 60Hz where you run 60Hz... moreWhat are you talking about? That's how adaptive 120 Hz works.

So when the S22U came out, I expected it to have a 10bit screen.. cause you know.. flasgship and all?
It didn't.
Whilst 300-400$ Xaoimis did.
Absolutely shocked the 2000$ 23U still has a 8bit screen.

Thank you for exchanging the second false row of "Daylight samples, main camera (1x), 50MP" for the "Daylight samples, main camera (1x), 200MP"!

RicardoG, 12 Feb 2023if you see the RAW photos in the usual gallery you can'... moreWell, after a weekend I have very mixed feelings about iPhone and Samsung RAW. On one hand, in shadows in low light in most cases Samsung has better details, but on the other, RAWs are much more overprocessed and I had a few situations, that seem like noise reduction was hitting hard in just a few places. I had a photo with some texture for 1/3 of the whole photo, and there were like 2-3 blotches with just smeared details on Samsung, whereas on the iPhone everything was all fine. And what annoys me, is that preview. First of all, in ExpertRAW there is no real preview of what you get. Secondly, the Samsung gallery preview of RAWs or attached jpgs generated along RAWs has some flows. Until you open that photo in Lightroom it just looks bad. On the iPhone, you have both nice previews while taking the picture, and then in the gallery. I wish Samsung could work on that.

I used to be a Samsung fan and user during the golden age of galaxy S1, note 2, Galaxy s6 edge and S7 edge.
After that, Samsung has always been good but not excellent compared to the competition..
I'm back with this device, I think it will be rememberer as one of the best android ever.
It's almost perfect. Super camera, super screen, super audio, super performance, unbelievable battery life. Great software and updates.
What else do you need?

RicardoG, 12 Feb 2023if you see the RAW photos in the usual gallery you can'... moreBecause iphone does not provide true raw. It is processed and some info from sensor is lost.
Dont understand why is so hard to some brands give raw instead of "processed raw".

SShock, 12 Feb 2023That's rubbish. Only reason you're harping about ... moreGalaxy S /Note used to have:
- better screen calibration (s7 was very good)
- earphone jack, micro sd slot, non-hybrid slot
- IR blast
- flat screen on Note (until note 5)
- less sharpening/noise reduction for photos
- better grip
- better design
- no screen cutout
S3 and S7 were best S so far.

This way, makes impossible to fix this.
Even colder profile cant solve, nor RGB sliders.
