And ... moreOr maybe does not want to show us these phones getting too hot, what would be bad for BBK and xiaomi marketing.
Anyway, gonna wait Tech Nick to do it since youtubers from India will mever show anything negative against Realme and Xiaomi

Realme is always cheating, they advertise that charging will be finished in 10 minutes an now it is 14 minutes in a 6 months it will be 20 minutes and in a year 30 minutes. I have Realme 7 pro which is advertised to 0-100% in 34 minutes and it actually charges the phone i 80 minutes.

From article - "That's the 2023 curse, phones are getting drastically more expensive, and you should get over it"
No thanks GSMarena. That's not how supply and demand works. And this is why smartphone sales are falling all over the world. People aren't going to "get over" ridiculously high prices for ridiculously awful phones.
If people keep on not buying these POS new phones, and instead hang on to their older but better phones, eventually makers are going to have to lower their prices. Or go bankrupt

650e? Realme have gone insane if they think anyone wants to pay that. I could buy a Galaxy S22+ cheaper. A Pixel 7 Pro isn't even much more expensive.
These guys peaked with the X2 Pro in 2019 and it's been downhill ever since (following the OnePlus model of getting worse and worse over time)

The audio is still very bad, like on the GT2. I'm sure this will be a disappointment like the previous generation, GT2 /PRO

And they have essentially stagnated / stuck in their ways
They are not open to new ideas for test/reviews
This is really how people become "old"

Anonymous, 10 Mar 2023No games runs beyind 120fps. Nope, wrong info. A lot of them go upto 144Hz, in either default or dialed down quality settings in FullHD.
Check this article: https://techniblogic.com/best-144fps-android-games/ ... even other such articles exist.
However, I did wrongly quote PUBG in my screen record example, because PUBG doesn't go beyond 60 fps.

"" We tried forcing some games in 144Hz, and it looked as if the display was running at 144Hz, but the game's fps was lower than that. Unfortunately, there's no reliable way to determine the actual refresh rate of the game, as the display's refresh rate counter isn't always indicative. ""
See, if game fps never reaches the refresh rate, it shouldn't matter even if your display runs at 120Hz or even 60Hz (to some extent). First condition is the game should run at 144+ fps.
Reliable way to measure display refresh is only one:- use a camera on slow motion mode, choose maybe 500 fps or so, and then take one second of gaming video (of screen) and count the unique frames.
Programmers may implement a screen in PUBG world (for example), which play numbers from 1 to 144 in one second, if all numbers appear ok, yes your screen is 144Hz.
Maybe Tencent can itself add such a board in Sanhok or Miramar?
Another method could be to skip all this and use the internal screen recording app, but again, with fps already struggling in a game, the GPU will be burdened like a overloaded donkey.

I am a HUGE fan of the notification bar on the back, I really like the idea that you can get a notification of exactly what you missed/received even when you phone is lying on its front.

Realme has always had issues with HRR. Almost all their devices don't do that well
