if you go to the photo comparison tool of GSM Arena, examine in detail the photos compared to its main challengers (Oppo find X6 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Pro, P60 Pro etc...), we notice that the level of detail is first-rate far superior to the Xiaomi 13 Pro and S23 ultra, comparable to the P60 Pro, we understand the score of DXOMARK. However, there is a problem with the colors, especially the greens and reds, which are too bright. This will spoil the landscape photos in bright light, the colors give a smartphone side to the photo, really a shame, (taking the photos in raw should solve the problem but it's a lot of work for each photo afterwards, taking the photos in 50 MP in bright light also gives a much better colorimetry but results in a loss of detail)

I agree with the review and many of the comments I have read.
Yes, it has severe throttling and overheating issues. That's why the video recording is capped at 15 minutes as well. I have returned mine for these reasons unfortunately, as it lags with PS2 emulation after the throttling starts in 10-15 minutes (I only play 2 games on my phones, GT4 and DBZ both on PS2 emus) yet in overall it's a good deal if you don't care about these issues. Personally I do care, so I have returned it back.

With my experience unbranded ones are more prone to break than branded ones.

no make sense to pay attention on that ratings. If you will see history DXOMARK before gave highest ranking to huawei , now honor, and gave worther for apple, samsung and other brand, and its not real.

I have Honor Magic 4 pro, two things I don't like, battery not too good and I can't make bigger icons like OPPO find or One plus !

Definitely for long range zoom (like 10x and above) it won't be as good as something like the s23 ultra in daylight anyway. I think it's hard to say which zoom camera is the best as it depends on what zoom is measured e.g. 2x or 3x or 5x or 10x or 20x. Different phones may be stronger depending on what zoom factors are used. Also depends on the lighting I think. Oppo's new find x6 pro for example and Huawei's p60 pro seem to be very good in lowlight zoom.
