It's just so boring. I don't know what has happened to Samsung recently, they used to be interesting and innovative.

For the same price, oneplus 11r is much better deal. Infact there is no competition between these two.

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2023the SD slot is essential for me, I could never send the sma... morePlot twist: One UI 5 have a maintenance mode that encrypts everything and phone works like there's nothing on it for service centre, so you don't lose your stuff, and if didn't had that feature, they wouldn't access your files either, they would reset the system altogether.
SD Cards slows down system performance, I never used any sd card on my A52s, instead I use dual-SIM, I don't SD Cards slowing down my phone, and making buffer for offline music, cause they're extremely so much slower than internal storage.

Well since it has samsung brand people still love it regardless

This feels like a year too late. This is what the A53 should've been. I'm sure the price will get more competitive after some discounts in a few months but by then, there will be a slew of midrangers with better offerings.

OnePlus 11R at same price has a SD 8+ gen 1 processor and comes with 3 OS updates promise. Now that's future proof unlike A54 which has almost the same performance as a two year old A52s

A few millimetres can make a big difference. I had a S20 FE and found it too big, but I find my S21 a little small, so maybe a Plus model would be better, as it's slightly smaller than the S20 FE. However, the Pixel 7's dimensions really are the sweet spot for me (5.3" and 155mm tall). It's important, as we spend as much time holding our phones as we do looking at them. :)

When comparing phones, a crucial point is the update policy. The A54 offers 4 years of software, and 5 years of security updates. Comparing it to to the poco x5 two years of software updates, makes the later irrelevant. I expect the professional writer to refer to that, like dahh!

More than a year ago, I was between buying Xiaomi 11 lite 5G NE or the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G.
I finally chose the Xiaomi, and indeed it is an amazing phone. But since then, Xiaomi removed micro SD slot from the "lite" series, while in the meanwhile Samsung is constantly improving their mid range phones.
If I was buying now, I would choose Samsung Galaxy A54 instead of Xiaomi 13 lite. I believe Xiaomi was for a long time the king 👑 in the mid class price of smartphones, but now Samsung has taken it's throne.
