No reason buy this over nord 2, i am happy with it, camera is fine for price i paid and now i sit on android 13... so this got just 1 hour more battery endurance lol..... no thanks

"Very processed daylight photos" and the samples are much better in terms of processing that any Samsung's flagship. "Lowlight ultrawides are excellent" and the samples are a fuzzy mess. What on earth is wrong with my eyes :'(

          holy color saturation Batman.

Yong Farlight84, 06 Jul 2023But still locked 🔒🔐🔒 by Oppo unlike in 8T the good old days... moreDoesn't matter to me, I actually prefer the new OxygenOS over the old one, due to the massive uplift in overall snappiness of the OS. It's waaaay faster than what OOS11 for example was. 13.1 is excellent.

I also haven't ran a custom rom since Android Lollipop days. No need for that.

              Nord 3 isn't that impressive...it won't change my expérience!

Still that stupid 8+2 extra sensors!
              I'd rather go for :
              - a Dimensity 8200 instead the 9000
              - a 12MP ultra wide
              - a x3 telephoto instead the 2MP macro

              The good thing is price...

The phone is either deliberately throttling, or unoptimized.

Nothing New, same boring design, poor battery life, missing SD card, audio jack.

Anonymous, 06 Jul 2023EIS is 100% software. OIS and IBIS are hardware. I see. So could it be b/c this ain't the flagship, and they just put crappier camera software in it so it isn't "too good"? Terrible idea if so, the video recording suffers so much w/o EIS.

JayRoar, 05 Jul 2023Warning for the ones who will get this for gaming: still no... moreEven if I game sometimes on my phone I don't care about getting more than 60 fps, this is a phone, it's running on battery and doesn't have big fans like PCs and consoles, high refresh rate gaming and ray tracing on mobile are gimmicks imo.
But if I wanted those, I would get ZTE Nubia Red Magic phones.

Most notabl... moreThat's most likely because GSMArena didn't enable the high performance mode, OnePlus seems to throttle their phones CPU out of the box, not the GPU though, as you can see from the graphics benchmarks scores.
It should be on the top of all the phones in the table, with 1250 single, 4000 multi, these numbers are just my guess based on the CPU cores/frequency configurations.
