The 256 GB with 12 GB of RAM of the Phone 2 is around 700 € whilst the S23+ 256 GB with 8 GB of RAM is more than 900 €, how is that close?! Both prices taken from official websites. I’m not the best at math, but I’m pretty sure there’s a 200 € difference between the phones

Only reason it worked on old portable... moreyou just described Windows, a buggy and messy hot garbage designed by people without any sense of good design, people just think Linux it's hard to use because it's different from windows, but that also means it doesn't have the stupid design flaws and inconsistencies that Windows has.
          (not to mention the nightmare that windows is for people who want to take care of their privacy).

Only reason it worked on old portable devices is because of how locked down it was, hence why modding in those days was rare. That's why Linux is used for some manufacturing and science, because the possibilities for modification or tampering is unlikely, not because it was reliable.
            And all iterations of an open consumer grade Linux system is a buggy mess that only masochists use and people that only use their computers for gaming.

              It seems like everyone is tiptoeing around the specs. I don't have a problem with them, as I'm using a 9pro, and the specs are more than usable, I was expecting more from Pei and company.

                        Nothing phone 2 is waste of money. Entry level brand comparing with establish brands. On day 1 focus on high profit. Its not in luxury look or not impressive in style.

                        No one ready to pay extra price for normal feature mobile.

                                        799 for what? Last years was 469 and offered…nothing? So this year you pay a lot more for last year phones specs? Alot more money for no charger? There are a lot more of chinese phones who destroy that one, just that you need to be smart :).
