Battery life is really disappointing. Seems like Google didn't care any about battery life and just prioritized camera performance.

The battery life is horrible for 4,500mAh. Even iPhone 15 has a better battery life..
The new chipset seems not so much improved, it looks even worse than Pixel 6.

I think I'll stick with my 6a. The battery life is still better than the 8. I'll be more likely to upgrade once Google ditches Tensor.

Jeez. I was hoping the pixel 8 would fix the battery life issues a little bit, but it's even worse than the 7!
Such a terrible battery life is automatically a no-buy from me, never mind the poor general performance and the increased price from last gen.

Nice, Pixel 8 Is great compact smartphone, who doesn't love Samsung, and need Compact size, Pixel 8 Is great, 1400+Nits Is awesome, camera Is awesome.
Ok, Now i Wait on 8 Pro, 1600+ Nits.
