      How is the rating this low? For what it costs it offers everything most people want from a tablet, especially for multimedia consumption. Good high resolution screen and decent speakers.

        also known as 16:10

        Still too tall for a tablet IMO, ideal is 4:3

          I suspect it is slow because of the eMMC storage and poor software optimization. Otherwise a perfect tablet for media consumption.
          Also, how many software updates will it get? Are there custom roms for tablets? Will this get a custom rom?

            Gsmarena team forgot about OG redmi pad .. not even mention in the review for reader to draw comparisons.

              don't complain, this is the cheapest tablet on the market. In Indonesia it is sold for $120. This tablet is made for watching because it has a good screen and speakers.

                Chipset is extremely weak basically entry level.

                  Charging speeds could be improved a lot. 18w is extremely slow for an 8000mah battery.

                        You could argue a fair share of things against it, but then you see the price, and it is just a good deal.

                          Very nice tablet, hard to find something better in that Price range.
                          I hope only that they (or someone else) would offer similarly good device, in a same price range, but with smaller screen.
                          11' is great for using at home, but to big for useage while travelling
