    Then phones with midrange chips scoring over 98%.

    Silly geeks buy chips that give much inferior battery endurance and have issues with heat, all this because silly pay to win games.

    There is no need to use more than quad A720 + quad A520 combo.
    The X cores are huge 💩.

You do realize the 13 that came inbetween was by far the best phone out there in terms of thermals and throttling? Insanely stable. This has some trouble, but it looks like an update can fix the CPU throttling seen here to something that doesn't go up and down as much.

          Never Xiaomi. I have Xiaomi 13 still with november 2023 security patch. It is unacceptable in this price category. Even my older Motorola received January 2024 security patch. :D

            Worse max brightness than Xiaomi 13 is very disappointing, with terrible sustained performance, despite the impressive Antutu score.

            The battery life is very good, the main camera is superior to Galaxy S24 and the 4major OS Updates is a good increase from last years 3 upgrades from Xiaomi 13.
            It is also positive that it starts with 256gb base storage and not 128gb(UFS 3.1)like Galaxy S24.

            Hardware wise it is better than Galaxy S24(expecially Exynos in Europe), but Miui is a dealbreaker at this price for people like me.
            And for the same price, most people will go for Iphone 15 pro.

                I have a Xiaomi 13 and it is absolutely amazing, I'm however more amazed by how much they managed to improve on just 1 generation, I dont really understand the nay sayers in the comments, mostly seems bias or ''had 1 bad Xiaomi so it all sucks'' but yeah they've really improved a lot and it shows again and again.

                              better than the S24 but also more expensive? bruh that's not a good deal at all lmao a compact phone should be below 900 euros at the very least, especially not one without a "Pro" branding. This doesn't do much to justify 1000 euros, except for the compactness part. I'd much rather sacrifice the telephoto and go get Google's Pixel 8 than this. Overpriced and underdelivered on the global front as always. I'd say even Xiaomi's midrangers like Poco or the T series trump their flagships due to their aggressive value propositions. They kinda shot themselves in the foot with their great midrange-premium devices lmao

                                    Because reviewers NEVER EVER review base model smartphones they are only biased to ultra models.. unless it's an iPhone

                                      No gpu test. Obviously because it shutts down like 12 series before it can complete. Info has been on internet since sales started in China.
