The battery capacity is too small 4500 mAh in 2024 even if you want it to charge in 18min it's a NO NO. This phone was almost perfect except for the battery🔋

Xiaomi 13tpro was late to the game but still a good device nonetheless. Using a Xiaomi 12tpro and the hyper os has increased battery standby plus the UI now seems to be 120hz and work much more fluid..more like old OnePlus for performance now. Just missing the screen off function..maybe Google weren't too happy about it seeing as it tries selling you the feature in YouTube premium/music premium.

Having a headphone jack on a smartphone means you don't have to constantly rely on dongles that only accelerate the USB-C port wear. It's also common knowledge that wired audio always gives better quality than wireless audio, especially if the phone has a built-in DAC like LG did with their flagship phones. The only reason that most smartphone OEMs remove it is because they can push their sales profit for the wireless earbuds, which seems to be ironic since Sony also makes their line of wireless earbuds in the first place.

Xiaomi 13T Pro is one of the best contenders at this price point. It's cheaper, but has better performance and cameras.

According to motorola UK website, it says Fusion has lpddr5 while Pro has lpddr4x

My phone is my primary screen for work/entertainment, recording when im creating/editing tracks (also recording my guitaring so using my BT overhead headphones but wired through usb to monitor everything etc) through the usb for clearer audio and able to save multiple tracks to cloud storage, constantly, for instant access, can also use my phone as a midi device if/when i need, stores all info including all work i do (coursework, making flyers for my mates business, work i need to get done, has my CV which i edit on my phone, you get the picture).
The phone DOES everything and to a level of quality that is possibly the most efficient way to do something 80% of the time. Like the "wireless headphones" arguement, my mates just soent £1400 on headphones alone, the dac and amp puts it over £4k total now, yeah listening to a quality of music most people will never hear is nice, do i miss it on my £200 BT headphones over BT... No its not worth the money and wires.

Contrary to your fantasy, I use my phone as my primary computer. Even though I have a Windows PC, I mostly use my phone to do my work. Go to r/SamsungDeX, and you can see those who never owned a Windows laptop in the first place. It's why I always advocate Desktop Mode on smartphones, especially on non-flagship phones like this one. We're at the point where even a modern upper-midrange mobile SoC have similar firepower to a modern x86 CPU.
And another thing: I also used to have a dedicated Mirrorless camera. The reason I no longer own one nowadays? It's because of how smartphone photography has evolved over the years.
