    Mines still on june 2024 security update and April play system update. Anyone else newer than this?

      Just got my black flip 6 off samsung UK,1050 but student discount makes it 900,trade in of Any samsung S series for 300 off so traded in an old samsung s3 mini worth nothing,that's 600,cashback game 1 in 3 chance of 300 cashback instead of 150,got the 300 cashback,total cost 300 for Z flip 6.Looks great in the black limited edition colour with carbon fibre type effect.Upgrades over flip 5 are huge.Snapdragon gen 3.12gb of ram.brighter screen.much better battery life.stronger build quality.Thicker screen glass for better durability and smoother and stronger hinge function.Main camera is much improved.Best dust and water resistance.Seven years of updates.And best of all it looks
      fantastic.In the UK the s24 and s24 plus are exynos,which is a huge disappointment so got the flip 6 instead as the gen 3 snapdragon is so so so much better than the exynos,and the ultra is just to big and expensive.

          I bought the Flip5 for 600€.
          I cant get the Flip6 for 1200€. Is ludacris for me.

            joy, 23 Jul 2024Samsung following the Apple way, hmm just dont give it all ... moreNot only that but Samsung does not need to try harder....They know they will sell a lot better than Motorola, they will provide a much better lifetime support with prompt updates (unlike Motorola which will fare miserably as usual)

            I really like prefer the RAZR Ultra 50 it´s the easy choice , but choose wisely, would rather go with a prettier and better phone on paper and poor software support or do you rather have a good overall phone and have a better support keen so release regular updates? And i´m not saying you choose the Samsung becase the 7 years OS support update plan.....Simply because Samsung has a much better update policy.

              Samsung following the Apple way, hmm just dont give it all at once reserve the major ones for critical release after the response from the consumers, do minor changes to make the Youtubers go gaga over a crap upgrades.

                Gsmarena, could you guys do a camera comparison s23 s24 and flip6? So basically same hw with different photo processing. Youtube ignorants are comparing flip6 to s24ultra, pointless. Thanks!

                    what's funny about that is everyone says small phones don't sell... but they don't have just one size of tv for sale. but i guess you'll have 10,000 different variants of 6.7in glass slabs 🥱 and enjoy it unless you have a rack of hundos

I have a laptop for gaming. I never had a throttling issue with my Flip 5 or S23, so I doubt I'll have one on my new Flip 6.

                                    this is funny statement .When i touch and rub it many many times at samsung store it feel more like
                                    plasticky than the real aluminium material .

                                      Actually quite enjoying my S24 Ultra with the Snapdragon Gen 3. Tons of upgrades across the board from the S23 Ultra making it a stellar upgrade. Finally got the flat screen back that I've been waiting for and the Gorilla Armor glass with 75% less reflections is unreal in real world use. I've been hearing the Gen 4 chips are going to be pricey and not very efficient. Guess we'll see if they upgrade enough to validate an upgrade or wait for the S26 Ultra that may come with a solid state battery.

The in-house Oryon CPU has shown its worth on Snapdragon X Plus/Elite for Windows ARM, so I'm curious how it will fair on a smartphone SoC.
