        Anonymous, 21 Jul 2024Despite what Samsung fans keep claiming, OneUI is still far... moreOne UI isn't the problem, its the fact that the Flip 6 literally can't handle the SD8 Gen 3's heat output. 13k peak and 6k sustained GPU score is hilariously bad for an SD8 Gen 3, and so is the CPU stress test average. They're both 40%-60% less than other SD8 Gen 3 phones under load, which peak at 18k and sustain between 8k and 11k.

        I stress, however, that this should still be plenty. Just, be aware that its nowhere as futureproofed as an SD8 Gen 3 should be.

          Would love to get the Flip, but lack of Dex is really annoying. Thus I'm sticking with the regular Galaxy S.

The reviewer's pessimism that Samsung phones wont run smoothly after 7 years of updates can be blamed on OneUI.

                              Average 200 GIPS 8gen3 vs 230 GIPS 8sgen3.
