I have a friend who owns a foldable screen phone and also has a Nubia Red Magic reserved for mobile gaming and console emulation, and nothing else. He used to have an ROG Phone but wasn't impressed with the latest 8th-generation release.

I'm still not sure if this is a worthy upgrade over the Pixel 8 Pro. Even the photos doesn't look much different between the two. I may as well just stick with the Pixel 8 Pro until Google brings in a new camera hardware.

"Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with benchmark scores at this time as the benchmark apps we use were reported as "incompatible" on the Play Store and sideloading them got us results which were way to low (lower than Pixel 8 Pro, for instance) to be considered as representative. Let's hope the limitations are lifted later down the line and we are able to offer you proper benchmark scores."
I'm not saying that Google hide their performance on purpose but... I am saying that Google hide their performance on purpose. They have released a phone that is still in development. That's why they don't want any benchmarks to be shown. I don't trust any of the battery and whatever performance tests as well. This is clearly an unfinished product pushed for launch early.

I find it weird for someone to have enough cash to purchase a gaming ZTE device---then decides to buy a pixel phone.
It still a preference though.
All I can think of is helping that guy if I know someone plans to do that.
